Terrible customer service they will accuse you of having mental health issues and not only but make fun of you if you do so or not there just terrible human beings they will look down on you if your buying less then 100$ items, I bought a low receiver from them and they ban me and refuse to give me the lower or my money back, inconsistent quality of parts and no care for concen, literally an other gun store will have better customer service and I would be on that! I heard so many good things about this place. I went in today at about 13:20 to see if they had a pistol that I am interested in. They did not have the exact model but basically what I wanted. The man at the counter started to show me the pistol in question when some other customers walked in. There were 2 other people free to help them but the person helping me just lost all interest in what I had came in for. I tried asking to see other pistols in the same caliber but he did not hear me anymore. I guess I wasn't the shure sale that just walked in. I was looking at a $1600 pistol you'd think that I would get better customer service. No thank you. If I wanted to get ignored and better dealed I'd go to the big box stores and get at least so so customer service. read more

Terrible shop. Expensive and they have a "generous" 5% discount for first responders which is still more expensive then other shops. Also, don't bother doing a transfer here because they won't do it unless you have shopped and bought something at the store before. Talk about a terrible rule and not welcoming new customers. They charge a 15% restock fee for "disruption to work flow" even after I emailed them and let them know I re-ordered the correct part from them at twice the cost of the original part. The part was not even installed/attached to the weapon. It was taken out of the box and replaced. Customer service was more than snarky. They lost a customer. I wanted so much to like and do business with Right to Bear Arms. The owners and operators are LE and First Responder professionals. So, I gave them a second chance after a first time mediocre experience with them before. 6 full weeks latter, I finally got my two AR uppers back, and still had to have another gunsmith finish the job. One, a simple replacement of foregrip quad rail. Never again! The primary owner needs an attitude adjustment, and the other staff need to coordinate better amongst themselves and on customer projects. I always had a sense they did not take the project seriously. Both times. And it is clear they cater more to their public service circles over general public customers. Much work is outsourced to a more experienced armorer who works directly with/for Mags in Edgewood. Therefore, one may as well just go there for any weapons work, or to Calibers, where I've never had an issue and an extremely fast turn around on projects.
