Willow St. I had a unit at the Derry, New Hampshire prime storage and it was one of the best experiences I thought I was gonna have the same thing, but I should've known better coming to Manchester. The first mishap I had was when I was initially reserving and paying for my unit online and one of the employees decided to call me and tell me that I had to do it over the phone. This resulted in me getting charged twice for my first month, that was supposed to be free, I did end up getting I'm free and the extra charge was just applied to my next months rent. I've had a unit for probably six months and I still can't pay it online because they say I don't have a unit with them. Definitely don't go walking around because you're going to realize how disgusting the place is... between dead mice, animal droppings, and pure laziness on the employees behalf, the facility looks as though it has never been swept or even walked through. For the price I pay monthly, I should not have mouse droppings INSIDE my unit. I should not see the same trash and filth in the hallways. And damn! I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE A CART WHENEVER I WANT FOR MY CONVENIENCE. If you can't trust your customers, the people that pay the employees, then you shouldn't be in this type of business. GO RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO U-HAUL IF YOU WANT LEGIT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE CARTS AND MATTRESS CARTS AVAILABLE ALL HOURS. THEY HAVE 24HR ACCESS. AND BRITTANY, THE STORAGE MANAGER IS THE BEST. On moving day, four men arrived smiling and ready to go. They introduced themselves and off they went. They worked quickly and efficiently but were pleasant and friendly every step of the way. I needed to store my household over night and have my furniture and boxes delivered to the new house the next day after closing. When I arrived at the new house, they were there waiting for me. As they were unloading, they regularly checked in with me to ask where I wanted things and if I was undecided, they were patient and gave me a few minutes to decide. They also paid attention to how the boxes were labeled and got them into the right rooms. This made unpacking much easier for me since I didn't need to resort boxes after they left. Given how stressful moving can be, these folks made it as easy as they could.

Not the two months ago when I told them I would be buying the pre-buy from another. ( companies put little colored rings on your oil pipe to show they deliveryed oil.) I have a few color rings on my oil pipe. Yes, I always told them when I was buying from another when checking price on pre-buy oil. I have the emails. So 30 years. means absolutely nothing. No cleaning this year. Not even a customer. I understand they charge more for oil due they have a service, so if you ever have a problem they will come out? Well, so will any other oil company you call, customer or not, if you need service they come out. They pride themselves as a family oil company. You are not their family. You are a customer.  They only care about the money they make off you the customer. That's your family service. After 30+ years one would think, They would say we'll do your cleaning as schedule next week, but you need to know. If you do buy oil from others, you'll have no service. They also didn't complete set up as asked and paid for and charged my elderly parents the higher rate for paying by credit card when I told them I would go to my own house and return with my checkbook to pay to save my parents money. I live 15 minutes away round trip. During my short absence, the movers pressured my parents to pay with the credit card. Sadly, we even bought all the crew lunch to save them time and money. We feel betrayed and angry. We will never use them and hope others avoid our fate.
