After being there a few months, I take everything good back. Over the winter, when it snowed,…read morenothing was shoveled. I had to shovel my own area to get to my storage unit. The door was frozen and it took me at least 20 minutes to get the lock off. I got one I needed closed the unit and could not get the lock back on because the unit would not fully close due to all the ice. I contacted the manager and he could not help me until I came back. So, my storage unit with all my stuff in it was left open. Two days later, I went back and he was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, it defrosted a little and I was able to lock it. Now I am trying to close out my unit and I am on week two if it being completely cleared out. I have not been able to reach the manager, so I called the main number. They contacted the district manager, he never got back to me so now I'm waiting for the regional manager. This is ridiculous! Not to mention due to all the ice, there was a leak and my stuff got soaked. They also owe me $50 for the past two months. Probably never going to see that. So don't bother renting a unit here unless you're OK with it being left open over the winter and don't mind shoveling, deicing yourself and never want to close it out.

Willow St. I had a unit at the Derry, New Hampshire prime storage and it was one of the best experiences I thought I was gonna have the same thing, but I should've known better coming to Manchester. The first mishap I had was when I was initially reserving and paying for my unit online and one of the employees decided to call me and tell me that I had to do it over the phone. This resulted in me getting charged twice for my first month, that was supposed to be free, I did end up getting I'm free and the extra charge was just applied to my next months rent. I've had a unit for probably six months and I still can't pay it online because they say I don't have a unit with them. Definitely don't go walking around because you're going to realize how disgusting the place is... between dead mice, animal droppings, and pure laziness on the employees behalf, the facility looks as though it has never been swept or even walked through. For the price I pay monthly, I should not have mouse droppings INSIDE my unit. I should not see the same trash and filth in the hallways. And damn! I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE A CART WHENEVER I WANT FOR MY CONVENIENCE. If you can't trust your customers, the people that pay the employees, then you shouldn't be in this type of business. GO RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO U-HAUL IF YOU WANT LEGIT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE CARTS AND MATTRESS CARTS AVAILABLE ALL HOURS. THEY HAVE 24HR ACCESS. AND BRITTANY, THE STORAGE MANAGER IS THE BEST. The female that works for Prime Storage with the long, straight, dark hair is a b****. I've worked in customer service for a long time and no matter how much my life sucked or I hated my job, I NEVER gave the customers attitude because I wasn't doing my job efficiently. Giving me a snot attitude when I am upset and I bring something to your attention is a good example of what NOT to do. At this point, the convenience of this place doesn't seem worth it anymore... if I went to the Derry location I would NEVER have dealt with any of this. 1 star because I have to. It should be 1

I set up my payments online on autodraft and rented for nearly a year without incident. However, I needed to be out of contact for 4 months and so left my phone and laptop with family members to keep track of things during my absence. As soon as the next month's rental fee was due, my debit card was hit 4/day for several days in attempt to collect. This flagged with my bank and they denied the payment for cybersecurity reasons. Upon my return, I discovered that Prime Storage had auctioned off ALL of my worldly possessions and were seeking $260 from me, threatening to go to collections. No calls, texts, or letters ever arrived from Prime Storage, per ATT and USPS records. No attempts to reach my next-of-kin. Nothing. I found a cluster of emails in my spam inbox which were flagged due to unknown sender. My passport, social security card, medical documents, legal documents, childrens medical records, and box of prescription medication were among the items sold. Do NOT rent from Prime Storage unless you can babysit the unit monthly. Even then, I wouldn't risk it if you can help it.

The building is not kept clean. People are living inside the units. People hang around outside the main entrance into the building, which is NEXT DOOR to the office and "piggyback" into the building. Since 2022, there has been a Fire and Water leak. Manchester Police have been notified on multiple occasions of recent events that have taken place. When you try to speak with an employee in person regarding their security and safety issues, the office is conveniently ALWAYS closed. If your office closes at 4pm on a Saturday, and your sign says closed until 3pm on a Saturday, (when this photo was taken at 2:30pm), what are your employees doing at this location? I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. If I knew then, what I know today, I would have never have kept my belongings here. Look elsewhere.

From start to finish, he was professional, incredibly accommodating, and ran a smooth operation. Great guy, I wish him the absolute best he deserves it. I apologize In advance for the funky picture but everyone needs to see how good he is!! To the girl I hope U Haul does right by you because even when you were being belittled and embarrassed in front of everyone you still were the most sweet and patient person, I gave your name to customer service when I called. So if you value how woman are treated in a workplace I would look elsewhere until Richard Andrews is gone we've used this place before and it used to be run so much better it's crazy, all I have to say is it starts at the top!
