Also, Mr. K isn't looking for outside business- just residents of the building. But he was friendly and said he can take one or two outside cars once in awhile. I expected detailing but what I got was a car wash (interior and exterior) and ulpholstery shampoo job for $113 plus tax. I'm used to going to a drive-through vacuum and hand wash for $20 and they do about as good a job as Mr. K. However, Mr K also shampooed the upholstery which smells nice and did my car wheels which kind of glow now. I'll have to get my car properly detailed another time. If all you need is a good car wash and vacuum/shampoo then Mr. K's your man. Find someone else for detailing.

Needed a quick detail for a recently purchased used car and Ancil and his team pulled through…read moredespite the short notice! Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.

The Issues: * Missed Areas: The door hinges, rubber chassis-to-door boots, and front under-bumper spoiler were left completely filthy. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
