While my SUV was inside the car wash, the system suddenly stopped. One of the attendants then jumped into my vehicle, drove it off the tracks, and in doing so damaged both of my rims. When I questioned why they would drive the vehicle off the track without first checking what had happened, the staff lied and claimed they had warned me that damage could occur due to the size of my tires. This is completely untrue--the attendant personally directed me into the wash, and I paid for the service at the front desk like every other customer. The staff and management refused to take responsibility for the damage, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The owner even came out and denied any fault, despite the obvious circumstances. To make matters worse, the facility itself is in very poor condition--the tracks are bent, equipment looks old and poorly maintained, and overall, it's not a place I would even trust to wash a toy car. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. Please see attached photos to understand the condition of the facility.

Cover everything. It'll do a good job at cleaning your car. A friend used it and didn't love it on her white car but it worked great on my black car. They have clips to hang your rubber mats. Use the pink stuff on that too and they'll be clean. They also have this highlighter yellow stuff for cleaning tires. I use that when my tires are dirty. Not sure if the highlighter yellow or pink stuff would be better on the mats, but I'll find out next time. Follow that up with a spotless rinse. Even though the rinse is spotless I like to have some microfibre clothes in my car to dry it down afterwards. The vacuums are mediocre. Good enough but I prefer using my Shop Vac. I feel weird reviewing a car wash but this spot totally deserves it! Tip: don't park under the trees to dry your car because you might get pooped on!

After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
