i was looking for auto repair estimates this week and i spoke to three local places, one called…read moreback with an estimate in a few minutes, one texted me a link for a complete quote with variables and then when i called rum river who i have used several times in the past i was ridiculed and spoken down to like i was an idiot because there is no way to know what the cost would be until they got the car in and looked at it. well, that is why i asked for an ESTIMATE... for specific repairs ......they know what they will charge for specific repairs for the vehicle in question.....when i get treated this way, i will NEVER use them again. Treat your customes with respect if you want them to spend money at your place. shame on you, I will be telling everyone i know how you treated me.

Was told that "he got sidetracked and forgot", I said "no problem". He said "ill call you back in a few minutes and figure it out for you and call you back".
