After he took our food order he just disappeared. We waited over 25-30 min for our order when other tables that were sat after us were getting there food. The server never came to check to see if we needed water, soda or drinks. We tried to get his attention but he never turned his head in the direction of our table. The ambiance was very cool though. It is difficult to understand how a restaurant can operate while allowing customers to be exposed to such an unpleasant and toxic environment. It's disappointing because we love colombian food. We were looking to try a little bit of everything and the young man helped us pick out the right stuff. We were greeted warmly; some empanadas and pastries were freshly made on rotation, ready to be bought and consumed. The rest of the food is made to order. The food was well-seasoned, fresh and authentic. Prices are very reasonable, and the daily special for $10 is a bargain you cannot beat. This will become a regular stop whenever we are in town. We might dance a little with the greatest hits playing in the background.
