From the moment my daughter her friend and I walked in, we were treated like we were a burden instead of paying customers. The attitudes from the employees were rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Nobody seemed happy to help, and the entire atmosphere felt miserable. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to be "freshly cooked," I expected at least hot food. Instead, I was handed a turkey burger that was barely lukewarm and french fries that were cold, limp, and already wrinkling like they had been sitting forever. To make it worse, the fries looked like nothing but the tiny leftover scraps from the bottom of the potato bag. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.

There's also a balcony for al fresco dining. Cute, cozy brick interior. As for the food....YUM, YUM, YUM. We had the smash burgers. Believe me when I say the Celine Dijon was outstanding!!! Sounds strange but the crispy friend cheese was unique and with bacon jam.....Home run. Would come back just for that. Mr. Egon was good, but didn't compare to Celine. Handcut fries were plentiful but thought were overly seasoned. Dipping sauce was .75 extra. We shared the generous slice of whipped peanut butter pie, drizzled with fudge. Would have preferred whipped cream. My preference. Drinks were not strong. Orders were served with that sweet southern hospitality. Highly recommend reservations for weekend. They have a large back patio where the often have food trucks and live music. We sat down looked over the menu and Brook our host made the experience amazing. He was the best. Brook went over the menu. And like always when I visit a restaurant for the first time. I asked what are your suggestions from the menu. I was already eyeballing the Portobello burger and cowboy burger before he suggesed them. So, we chose those 2 along with the onion rings and spicy fried pickles. I didn't get the cooks name but she was great. We had to tell her she made that food RIGHTTTT. OMG, everything was delicious. Both burger was full of flavor and juicy. Now, I don't normally don't go for onion rings that's Misters thing. But when a tried one I kept trying them. The chipotle ranch sauce with it was the best. My spicy fried pickle was fried to perfection. I also got a beer. Brook suggested a few for me to try. I ended up getting the Bravazzi Liomonatta. Which is light and refreshing. Delicious!!! I also didn't get the other gentleman's name who made sure everything was good with our visit. Y'all the whole staff tonight was great. We left with a full happy stomach and the assurance that we WILL return. I think this will be our later night spot.

The guy working the register is not really helpful and I think it may be because he doesn't speak english that well and tries to hide it. I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked. Overall, I probably won't come back here because of the headache it gave me, but the burger was decent

Listen! I ate and left no crumbs...literally!…read more I was looking for a breakfast spot and this place popped up. It's one of those places that you don't know exist unless you know it's there. It's located on the corner of Webb Ginn Rd and Grayson Hwy and is connected to a Shell gas station. When I walked in, it reminded me of someone's kitchen, which I really loved. Very warm and inviting. There were pictures on the wall of different celebrities. I'm a big OutKast fan so I definitely enjoyed them paying homage to OutKast and of course my Falcons. So the restaurant is New York City food infused with southern comfort which is so intriguing to me. They have a very nice and expansive menu from seafood, burgers, and breakfast items. They even have vegan options as well. The kind lady that took my order did say that everything on the menu is sold all day. I asked her how long had they been open and she said last June made a year. I ordered the shrimp and grits and the Oreo cookie crunch cheesecake but to my horror, the kind lady said something about they did not have dessert. Now I'm not sure if they had ran out or just wasn't serving dessert at that time but it was just after 11am when I got there, so it was lunch time hours. Needless to say, I was disappointed but the food definitely made up for me. The shrimp and grits were AMAZING! The sauce was what really did it. The biscuit had like a honey topping and was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portion size was perfect! I'm thinking really hard y'all but honestly, I have to say that, that was the BEST shrimp and grits I've ever had. I'm looking forward to going back and getting that Oreo cheesecake and I really want to try the hoagie.
