I'm writing this review in hopes of helping anyone who is considering microblading for the first time and feeling nervous about the process. I had my eyebrows microbladed a few years ago, but they had faded quite a bit over time. I was hesitant about getting them redone because, let's be honest, this is something that stays on your face for a long time and I was worried I might not love the results. After doing some research, I came across The Brow Shop. I called and they asked me to send over a photo of my current brows so someone could reach out and discuss my options. Shortly after, I received a text from Dalia. She was so kind, thorough, and explained everything -- from the process to the pricing -- in detail. I immediately got a good feeling from her and was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of weeks. When I arrived, the shop was absolutely beautiful and very clean. From the moment I met Dalia, her warm and sweet personality made me feel comfortable. She walked me through the entire process, answered my questions, and really put me at ease. Dalia is an artist. She obviously has the technical skills, or she would not have been in business for as long as she has, but technical ability does not always translate to beauty. I cannot recommend her shop highly enough. I have driven 50 miles multiple times one way to have her work with me. I have been asked who did my eyebrows Repeatedly since she did them a few weeks ago and when I tell people who did it, I say she also did my eyeliner and they're amazed because it looks like make up. Having work with her a few weeks now people are coming in to see her to fix other people's work don't make that mistake. Go to Dalia from the start. read more

I'm glad you published this type of response for all of your current and potential clients to see. This response says much more about you and your "business" than I can ever say in a review. The blatant lying about clients and about your procedure while denying MULTIPLE client allegations regarding your poor, unprofessional, and unhygienic services is no coincidence. Your patterns of constant denial and deflection shows. To address the blatant lie that I "inquired" about those services- I have appointment confirmation. I also have numerous picture of my eyebrows prior to my appointment, that have NO PREVIOUS brow work...but nice try. I stand by my review and I will see you in court "Master" Dalia Adding time stamps of picture- taken 3 days after appointment along with a picture taken that SAME DAY IN YOUR SHOP. I am beyond grateful for finding this place after two cancellations at two other local shops. I was almost discouraged by another shop as I already was not sure if micro was even going to work. After loosing all of my hair from chemo and although most of my hair is growing fully, my eyebrows not so much. I was told that the process would scab by another shop and they would look bad before it looked better and with Dalia I never experienced such terrible scabbing as I was scared about. She was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel sooo welcomed. The beautiful vibe and music was so relaxing. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing.

They offer waxing, threading, Henna tattoo, facial and even make up. They are very welcoming and professionals.. Im gonna start with Dalia, she does my eyebrows just the perfect shape that I like... I had my eyebrows shorter because I went to a place before and they messed them up for me. But ever since I came here, my eyebrow shape started to change and I started using the gel Dalia recommend it and yes it sure works. I also use the eyebrow filler and I love it because you can't tell that I fill my brows to make the shape even better.... I will always appreciate how you my eyebrows turn out.. Do not come to the brow shop unless you want uneven and rushed brows. I called to book an apt for an eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift and Dalia, the owner, stated they performed both services and had me come in yesterday. When I went in she talked me out of the lamination and persuaded me Into doing 3D brows. She lied about the procedure and aftercare, started the numbing prior to giving me the consent form, and required 450$ up front along with $250 for a mandatory touch up that I told her I will not be attending due to the unprofessional and unsafe practices. I left with my eyelashes not lifted because she does not even provide that service and a bill over 800$ for the complete opposite of what I wanted. She pressures a 5-star review before leaving hence all the good reviews. When I talked to the owner about my concerns she accused me of wanting free services and refused to give any of my money back. read more

This particular threading place is located by rancho springs. I was ordering my coffee at Starbucks and decided to stop by and get my eyebrows threaded because i didn't want to drive all the way to my usual place inTemecula Mall. Ugh. The lady kept me waiting . I lay there like an idiot wondering when she was going to come thread my brows. When she finally came over, she was very slow. And in the world of threading..slow = painful. I was in tears by the time she finished ONE brow. Not only that but she would stop in the middle of threading to talk. This really annoyed me. Fifteen minutes later she finished up threading my eyebrows which were too thin (she hadn't bothered to ask me what I wanted or what my preference was) and did not trim them like everyone usually does. What really got to me is that when I asked for the price she said, "ten." Avoid this place at all costs.the services are not worth it. read more

I visited The Brow Shop with the intention of getting microblading done. However, after reading the service agreement, I felt uncomfortable due to the potential for scarring. When I expressed my concerns, the owner was quite pushy and tried to convince me otherwise. Ultimately, I opted for eyebrow tinting and threading instead. I prepaid $300 for additional services. Unfortunately, a day after my visit, I noticed burn marks under my eyebrows. When I brought this to Dalia's attention, she denied any responsibility and refused to offer a refund. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the business's license was in delinquent status, and other customers had similar experiences. I regret not reading all of the reviews! Finally getting around to leaving a review! I found this shop here on Yelp 1-2 years ago when I was visiting family and wanted to get my brows threaded. I came in again a few weeks ago since I moved to the area and saw they offered microblading. I made an appointment that day for the following week. Dalia is super nice and really knows what she's doing. She went over all the details with me and made sure I liked the shape she was going to give me. The procedure itself is a little painful, but that might just be me, my face is super sensitive! But Dalia is quick and she makes the process as comfortable as possible! I never said you didn't have your business license I saw your sellers and business license but legally you need to have separate estheticians licenses posted for all your employees providing the service and you refused to show them. After reading some reviews of this place and checking out the website, I decided to give it a try. The salon itself is tastefully decorated, open, and very welcoming. Dalia is a master of her craft! I went to her for a touch up on my micro bladed brows, and not only do they look amazing, but she is so quick!
