The delivery team caused significant damage--holes in my walls, scraped paint off my railings, and even ripped out ceiling light fixtures. When the company sent someone out to "fix" the damage, the repairs were rushed and poorly done, leaving my walls looking worse than before. To make matters even more frustrating, the owner contacted me with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Now I'm left paying out of pocket to properly repair damage that THEY caused. To top it all off, one of the movers behaved inappropriately and asked me for a hug. Completely unacceptable. I take pride in my home--it's a beautiful condo--and this is the condition they left it in. I will NEVER shop here again. Please think twice before using this company. Shop at your own risk.

Not only did we end up purchasing a new dining room table, but my mom ended up purchasing a coffee table and two end tables. After the initial delivery, we noticed that the chair made honking noises. I had them come out to take a look. The repair guy said he couldn't find anything doing it. Now a year later, I had them come back out to recheck the noise that never went away and to have them repack the cushions. The repair guy said the repack was a lie. They don't do that. He still couldn't fix the chair either. Just today I took a look at the chair myself. There were 6 loose bolts that I tightened up. This fixed the chair. Why didn't the repair guy have the sense to bring a 7/16" wrench with him so he could verify all the bolts were tight? He does this for a living. Wouldn't you think he's seen this problem before? Between being lied to about repackig cushions to poor service, I'd look at other sources for furniture next time around.

A while ago, I went to the store and discovered it was by appointment only. I called and explained I was already there, in the parking lot, and would like to come in. Reluctantly, the owner let me make a short-notice appointment and then let me in after a reasonable wait in my car. She let me in with a not very welcoming attitude and brushed off my inquiry as to what I was interested in buying with a flippant items like that are not made anymore. I felt so uncomfortable that I had zero interest in even walking around the store.
