When checking up about a month later I was told by another customer representative that the picture did show a box cutter cut and she would make it right so I did not have to use the insurance plan. I then didnt hear anything for about 8 weeks. I called and they said the part was in the warehouse and it would in fact be an insurance claim. I certainly will never buy anything from here again. Customer service was horrible. Go elsewhere. So much for supporting local.

Now remember I did ask if he had a repair man and he (David the owner) told me he didn't have enough to keep him busy, so the man went on his own, however he did take care of "Major Appliance" for the owner. When I called David wasn't there, so I left a message regarding the issue (it wasn't a big issue). Hours later I hadn't heard so I called back. The lady in the business area took the call and tried to help, however she ended up telling me to call LG help line. She told me they didn't have a repair man! I told her what the owner had told me, she said he (repair man) doesn't work on LG products. I said I should have been told that!!! I need new appliances but will NOT be dealing with Major Appliance!! I'm sorry I didn't go to Dave's Appliance in Winthrop; I was just trying to deal closer to home first. My impression of the owner is he's a worm and passes the problems to the business lady, she did try to help me out.

It took a while to arrive, as was the time, but no longer than any other place quoted us. We had great delivery, including bring it upstairs. More recently, we bought a new stove. Ended up getting a showroom display because it was the last one, so we got a great deal on it. The staff and owner were very helpful in finding us something that was perfect for us. It's an induction top and exactly the right size and shape for our kitchen. It has been working exceptionally well for us and we are so happy we switched to induction! Overall, we have just been pleased with the durability and service, especially compared to other places we have shopped for appliances over the years.

I did not buy that first day, ( I had to ponder ) but came back later and bought the same mattress. After purchasing, having my new mattress delivered was easy, and also done on my time schedule. The company called to confirm the day before. The surprise came when the mattress was delivered. Two of the nicest deliverymen ( Tyler and Dan) performed this task in a professional and courteous manner. They unloaded, brought it in, we inspected it and all was good . The delivery was right after a snow storm and roads could not have been good. This was the best delivery experience i have ever had , in my 71 years. Yes I will buy there again.
