They (Shreveport) put my tires on without tightening the lugs and I was wobbling down the street. They ordered me another tire. I asked them to ship it to Alexandria. It was a huge mess. So, now I'm with Alexandria. Get the tire. I got a second set on my daughter car. Now, I'm paying 2 notes. Because of the transfer from Shreveport to Alexandria and them telling me to wait to get my account sorted out; I missed the no interest deadline. I called to tell them that my daughter car was stolen they told me it didn't matter the insurance doesn't cover theft. On my set, I had filed a claim on the tires for 2 new tires. David told me he ordered them and they were waiting on me to bring the car in. I called to schedule for that Monday. Deshaun thought she transferred me to him. When I get off the phone with him I hear Deshaun say something, David replies that's how you do it, tell them what they want to hear and get em off the phone. I spoke with the District Mgr, Brian. NOTHING! I went in to turn in my daughter tires after the vehicle was recovered. The big head accounting girl in the back had an attitude when I called and when I came in. David said I could go in the back and sign my paperwork, I declined. She brings her big ass from the office telling me I didn't have to come in the back (with an attitude). I replied that I was well aware of that. And for her to stop talking to me. Brian comes up front. NOTHING. I called today to pay on tires I no longer have. Some dweeb tried to get me to pay extra to get to another date. I asked why. He stated I couldn't be late. If I'm late, you charge a late fee, I pay it, what's the problem? He said they were doing me a favor. How? I'm paying you. I could've said forget it, I don't have the tires anyway. I hung up. I wasn't paying extra. then I get a notice from my bank that they were trying to get the extra from my account. I had already stopped payment on them. Then they tried to get a $1. BOOM! This office needs to be re-staffed or shut down. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend to have bicycle tires changed there. JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS!

Your charged taxes on ever payment made which is not same as cash for one. Two they tell you free rotations, balance, and wheel alignments while financed. They fail to mention that that's all ONLY Monday - Thursday. Personally I work Monday - Friday and live 30-40 minutes away. I drive to the place of business one Saturday and was told that it's only Monday - Thursday yet I can buy tires any day of the week and you put them on? It just doesn't make sense to me as to how you can't simply rotate tires that takes maybe 10-15 minutes... I promise I will NEVER do business with RNR ever again! Highly DO NOT recommend to anyone! Just by luck I said a prayer and it was answered!! I hoped to find a good tire shop that would have the tire he needed located, someone waiting on him to get right to work when he arrived and get him back on the road quickly!! They fixed one leak bit there is so many of them you can't count them. When they fixed one leak they did not put everything back right and caused other things to leak and go bad also. I have had 3- 4 other customers come in and they have the same problems and are unaware of it all.. They are taking advantage of people.. This is so wrong and something needs to be done about it!! I have purchased 3 sets of Cooper Tires, 2 for our Ram 1500 and the most recent for my 2 week old CPO 2017 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition.Keep in mind when I first moved here it was D&J Tires for a couple years then the name was changed to my tire place for a couple years now its back to D&J Tire.never had nothing major till my last set of tires. First of all they have a bunch of guys who could not pass a drug test if they were clean for 6 months. The only reason I chose them were they are a tab bit cheaper than the rest in town but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for but with this being said from this point on I will never recommend them or drive either of my vehicles back on their lot. and since I been going there for tire maintenance there is always someone different working there,so that should tell you a lot there. Okay on to my complaint, 2 week old car and it had its original tires so I decided to replace them since we have had good service from cooper tires. this car has factory Aluminum Wheels and the drug head scratched one of my wheels pretty good with his impact. I payed close to 550.00 for a set and walked out side and started inspecting everything before leaving parking lot and noticed the scratch so I marched back inside and told the blonde Teressa to come see so she did, at that moment she knew something was not correct. I showed her and she tells me she will replace the wheel and will call me once it comes in, so I leave and decided to check the tire pressure on my display and OMG four different tire pressure. I guess these dudes how no ideal the tire pressure has a sticker inside the door frame that tells you how much.. So as the old story goes if you want something done right you do it yourself so that's what I did. So its been a week since this has happened and I have not and do not expect these morons to replace my wheel so I will have it fixed else where. I will never step foot back on their lot for any tire needs and do not recommend these people to anyone. I will take my losses and move on to Despinos from now on.. This place does not deserve a 1 star rating, that's how terrible they are.
