I have a BMW that had some serious curb rash on all four wheels. The curb rash didn't affect anything except it broke my heart whenever I saw it. I sent pictures of my wheels and sent them to Rim Repair Rx and within hours I had an estimate for either doing the work at my home or at their garage. I opted for the home service. I also got an estimate from Dent Wizard who were 25% more and they'd want my car for two days. Seriously? Pancho showed up on time and went to work. He repaired the wheels in about 90 minutes and they look brand new. read more

There are a couple of things customers should know about this company. First, you can't talk to anyone, you must do everything via text messages. Second, if you want to pay via credit or debit card, they will charge you 3% more. They prefer cash, Venmo or Zelle. Zelle? What company takes payments via Zelle? Third, you have to have an appointment, you can't just walk in, apparently. I contacted them because I needed to repair a damaged wheel. I was quoted a price of $150 just to fix the wheel, but was told they would not remount the tire or put it back on my car--I would need to go to a tire shop and pay them to do that. Instead, I went to one of their competitors (Dent Wizard), who fixed the wheel, remounted the tire, balanced the wheel, installed it on the car and cleaned the wheel for a total of $145, all within 30 minutes. Based on several positive reviews I read on Yelp and elsewhere, Rim Repair apparently has provided decent customer service in the past. They certainly fell far short today. read more

I sent a text to Ryan who answered immediately and he asked to send pics of the wheels with the damage for a quote. He got back to me with a quote that was very reasonable where the cost to repair and refinish all 4 wheels was the price of buying a single OEM wheel! His next appointment was only out 2 days so I scheduled. On the day of the appointment Ryan sent a text when he was on his way and arrived right on time. The sad truth is I've had to use them three times in the last 30 days. I'm not sure if this is for my bad driving or my wife's but the truth is every time they've come out to me in less than 24 hours and fixed my rims and impeccably!!!
