I picked up a nail some where on my way into work. It is 104 out and dressed for office work. I wasn't going to be putting the donut spare on the car and knew if I go through my road side assistance through State Farm it was going to waste my whole day. I decided to google tire shop for flats and BMT was the first business which came up. They are located about a mile from my workplace and said mobile shop. I thought what the hell it will probably be very expensive let's just see and called. One of the best calls I have ever made just to see, the gentleman I spoke with said he could have a guy there in 15 minutes. I said if the tire can't be repaired the replacement needed to wear at a rate to match my current tires, he had a fairly new Yokohama touring tire he would sell for for $60 in case the current tire (Bridgestone) was shot. Total quote was $200 for Anthony to switch the tires if shot or repair the flat tire. Anthony was at my car in less then 15 minutes pulled the tire and wheel and sure enough the nail was 1/4 inch from the side wall. In 20 minutes he had the service completed. On top of that he saw a decal on rear window I am a veteran. AZ license now has Veteran on them which is verified by the state with a DD Form 214 and I received a discount. The service Anthony provided was exceptional. I went from believing my flat was going to be a all day affair having a a tow truck driver put on the donut spare and me driving to a tire shop taking a uber back to work, playing phone tag, then getting back to the shop before it closed and paying $300 for a suitable replacement. Instead with Anthony and BMT it took 45 minutes from my call to finish and $187 without moving my car. I hope I don't need their service for a flat again but I will contact them when I need a new set in 40,000 miles. read more
