I stopped into Interstate tire one day and spoke with a gentlemen about getting 4 new tires for my…read moreToyota Camry. He said he'd order them and that I could just drop my car off one day and he'll get them on the car no problem. I went over to drop off the car on Friday April 11th at 8am and was told they couldn't take the car then, to come back at noon and they can get me in. When I finally dropped off the car at noon, they told me it would only take an hour or so and it would be ready to pick up, they'd call me when it was ready. I called at 4pm to check on the status of my car, 4 hours later, and was told the car still wasn't done, but was reassured it would be done before they closed at 5pm. Then the guy asked me where I lived and told me he would have it done, even if he needed to stay after 5pm. At 4:58pm I finally got a call telling me my car was ready to be picked up and he proceeded to ask about how long it would take me to get there to get my car. The man seemed rushed and I felt rushed getting there to get the car! I was originally told an hour or 2, not almost 5 hours to get 4 brand new tires put on. Not only did they not do a good job, but they didn't check the tire sensors, 1 was bad and needed replaced; but they also didn't balance the tires. I had to take my car to Billings to get that additional work and cost done. I will never go back here, nor do I recommend them. It's worth the drive to go to Billings and get my car seen by a professional.

I also had the GM (Mike) assure me that the service after the sale was top notch and that I would be placed ahead of anyone that brought their camper in for repair that didn't purchase from them. However, after the sale things declined rapidly. I found out that I had to purchase some items and Brandon at the front counter acted like he was the man that had all the knowledge. Not only did he sell me something that I didn't need for my new (2016) camper, but argued with me when I questioned him on whether I needed it or not. So I swiftly found out that Mr. Expert (Brandon) didn't even know his own stock. When I got home and realized that I didn't need this part I asked someone else to confirm that I wasn't wrong. They agreed with me. I called back to the "Expert" the first chance I got and all he gave me was, "Oh, sorry." Good job on your customer service after the sale! I explained that I lived an hour away and again he said, "Oh, sorry." Two weeks after purchasing the camper I encountered a rain storm. Imagine my surprise when I woke up to a wet head from the water leak. I took the camper back a week later (it was the first chance I had to return it for warranty work). I filled out the paperwork and was told where to park my camper. I was surprised to find that Mr. Expert (Brandon) didn't care enough to have me point out exactly what I was talking about. Either I was extremely clear on my description or he didn't care enough about making sure things were fixed correctly. I didn't hear anything the next week so I called to find out the progress of the repairs. Mr. Expert began to give excuses that their only service guy had shown up to work on Monday and seeing double so they took him to the hospital. Basically I was given WAY more information than was necessary and my camper hadn't been touched all week. I told the "Expert" I would call back the following Monday afternoon for an update. I called Monday afternoon only to hear a different story from Mr. Expert. Now he tells me that their service guy showed up to work on Wednesday seeing double and they took him to the hospital and he hasn't been back to work since. Mr. Expert's original story was that their service guy showed up on Monday really sick. Now there's two days difference in his story leading me to believe there's something else going on. I didn't hear anything for the rest of the week and called back on Monday (the start of week 3 without my camper). I immediately get reasons why the work might not get done that week, but they're hopeful it will be done by Friday. I started seeing the trend and was fed up with the excuses so I contacted the manufacturer of my camper on that Thursday of week 3. Strangely enough I was called back by Mr. Expert a short time later stating that I could pick up my camper, but not all the repairs were complete. He stated that they would come to where I park the camper to finish the repairs. When I picked up my camper I found that all the food in the refrigerator had gone bad and that my camper reeked of rotten food smell. The battery had also gone bad and the refrigerator was unable to restart. While manually cranking my camper there were 2, yes 2, service guys that walked by without offering any help or assistance. Then I found that the capture plate that was attached to the trailer had been removed and not replaced after the "service" was somewhat complete. So I had to do more work to put it back on. At this point I'm feeling like I've done more work in 10 minutes than the entire staff of Arrowhead RV. I called Mr. Service (Mike the GM) to let him know about the less than poor service I had received only to find that he was making excuses just like all the employees! Amazing! Not surprised, but at least I found where the cancer had originated! The employees were acting just like their leader! I guess you can only expect that when you set a low standard the same (or even lower) standard will be met by subordinates. Shop here at your own risk. So far I haven't found anyone within the community of this business that can say anything positive about Arrowhead. One comment I've heard is that they're not even paying their bills. Again, I'm not surprised.

Additionally, they have a sign saying "14 minutes" in the self bay but didn't bother to mention that is ONLY if you are under their top unlimited subscription. For me they gave a few minutes, not even enough to wash the tires. The touch free car wash automatic bay was ok enough so I took them up on their referral offer of "get $5 credit for referring others". I referred my daughter. My daughter gets charged on her credit card, puts the app on her phone and about a week later attempts to go for a car wash and her phone is logged out, her account membership has been cancelled. My daughter calls, I'm in the car with her, and they tell her THEY cancelled her membership! She ask why and they said they thought she was me! I then join in as the phone is on speaker, and I tell them well obviously she isn't me, she is speaking, has her own credit card, her own phone, and is sitting right next to me speaking to you. They are like "There is nothing we can do, we do not give refunds even though we cancelled the monthly membership the first day". Afterwards she contacted her credit card company and disputed the charge, the lady from capital one was shocked that a carwash company would do such a thing. My daughter received her money back from that dispute. This left me disgusted, that this car wash company has such poor customer service and they would attempt to steal money from my daughter. There is another car wash behind Dominos and they will be getting my families business from here on out. Stay away from these greedy companies as they do not care about their customers and will have no issues canceling your monthly membership on the first day while stealing your money.

He said I don't need your business, but since you "pushed your way in" he could take a couple minutes. He showed me one sample, then Googled and recommended a manufacturer. $680. I thanked him, got his card and said I would think it over. My 2 minutes were up. Thought it over: 1. If they don't need my business before I buy, how would they treat me after they have my money? 2. The ads are not honest. It says stop in, not call for appointment. And I would not call this "Service next to none", as the ad says. 3. It wasted my time and Levi couldn't care less. Not customer friendly and not people friendly. I bought elsewhere for $300 and installed it myself. Honestly, if I had walked in the front door and not been treated like a parasite, I was ready and would have paid the $680. So -- thanks Levi for saving me $380!

It was mechanically in perfect condition as it only had 5000 miles on it. Jim estimated the cost to be around $5000 and to take 3 months. The paint job was done without any body repair, over sprayed on the chrome and windows, and the color was a hideous army green, not the forest British green we requested. At about the same time I had a new transaxle put into my 2001 Ford F150 and it was never the same.
