Had been putting off new tires for too long already so asked for best price on replacement of all 4 tires. Got a great price and still installed while we waited. Saved repaired tire for spare (it was best of the 4 old tires). Would recommend this Discount Tire location to everyone. Every employee was friendly and professional from a great sales rep to technician to the store manager they definitely earned a 5 star rating. Don't buy tires until you've checked them out!

But this is my story…read more Traveling from Virginia to Michigan and just outside Columbus Ohio I picked up a piece of metal in my right rear tire. ,,, I limped to a nearby fast food restaurant parking lot. I pulled out the "donut" spare and changed the tire. Can't drive all the to Michigan on the donut. So, I called tire places. First 3 no answer. Fourth place "Steve" answered. I explained my circumstances, he said come on over. I did. I'll just say "don't judge a book by it cover". His shop is pretty gnarly looking. He and his worked were nice as pie and as luck had it they had a tire, used but good my size . In matter of minutes he had that tire on the rim and on the truck. I paid him "70 bucks" for everything and was on my way. Total lost travel time only 2 hours (I was happy with that) thanks to Steve and his gnarly shop. Don't be put off, if you need a tire check out Steve's.

He damaged (snapped off) a wheel stud while putting the new tires on. There was NO previous damage. I asked him to fix it and he tried to say it was not his fault. But it was. The guy should not be allowed to operate this tire store with such shottie service. Beware... this is your fair warning. I wish I would have known how bad it was. He kept jumping back and forth and put vehicles in front of mine. Just all around a terrible experience and an even worse tire store. Definitely stay away. There are plenty of good tire stores in Columbus, Tero Tire is not one of them. That's a FACT!

Arrived an hour and a half before closing, a flat tire from my other car in the back of my minivan…read more Another tire shop had refused to repair the puncture through the tread, claiming it wasn't close enough to the middle of the tread. The owner came over to cordially greet me as I stepped out of my car. I explained I had a flat tire, had a puncture through the tread, needed an internal patch. The owner pulled the wheel/tire from the back of my van, I pointed out the puncture area, and after a quick inspection of the rest of the tire, he immediately hauled the tire into his shop and placed it on his tire changer machine. Within minutes the tire was off, the puncture area lightly abraded to promote patch adhesion, glue and patch applied and firmly pressed with a roller tool. As another show of thoroughness, the owner cleaned the bead sealing are of the wheel with a wire brush to assure no debris would prevent the tire bead from sealing on the wheel and causing a slow leak. Tire then remounted, pressured with air, and leak-tested with a soapy water mixture. This guy was very thorough and did a superb workmanlike job! Even loaded the repaired tire back into my van. I was in and out in 15 min, and the price was very reasonable. This place will be my first choice for all my future tire-related needs! Highly recommended!!

I was in luck! Zach was very helpful and able to fit me in on a busy Saturday. Unfortunately my oil gasket was leaking a ton, leading to a new gasket and spark plugs being necessary. Although parts needed to be ordered, I was able to get my car in 24 hours. I really appreciated the thorough service, and as someone who knows very little about cars, I never felt taken advantage of. Car problems can arise out of nowhere and it's always incredible when prompt service like this can happen. I am so thankful!
