The owner replied to my review, with a false reply. Again as I stated in the begging when you came to give me a quote I specifically quoted that I wanted every shurb trimmed "weekly". After a couple of weeks I told you not to trim a shrub . I wanted it to grow in only because your guys were not trimming it correctly. And also I sent you pictures of a 2x4 column that your guys were cutting into when they were trimming a bush. Again you had 3 of your guys coming each week, one mowing, one edging and one trimming shrubs. The one trimming the shrubs would not even reach the top back of the bush to trim. Maybe if you would supply your guys the correct size of a ladder they will reach it. They were using a 4 ft ladder. That's more of a stool for indoors. By the way you were the one that quite the job. You quite because I was telling you what your guys were not cutting or missing each week. If you dont check on your guys, then thats on you. read more

Rincon has been taking care of my yard now for 9 months and they have done an excellent job. From first reaching out to Ever, he was super helpful, responsive and upfront. He made time for us on our time to come out for an initial walk through and quote. They have also done some large hedge and tree trimming for us and same thing, came out to us and helped with a price we were both comfortable with. I also like that he invoices and I can pay online. The owner Ever was very personable and quick at responding. I received a reasonable quote for the work I requested. They did a good job, but I wish there was more communication as to the fact that when I asked for the weeds to be removed, it should've have been communicated that if I wanted the complete roots to be removed it would've been an extra charge. I was under the impression that when I asked for the weeds to be removed it included the roots. When I asked Ever, he was polite and attempted to rectify the miscommunication, but by the time he was able to come back out, I was already working on other outdoor projects and it didn't make sense for him to come out and spray root killer when my husband can easily do that. We hired Rincon 4 Landscaping to prepare our backyard for a birthday party in Whittier. They were able to do a hardscape which included picking up debris from trees and shrubs on our pavers. Able to pull weeds growing out of out pavers as well and applied weed killer to ensure no regrowth. They were able to trim tree branches hanging over into our yard as well trimming and squaring off approximately 25 feet worth of shrubbery on the side of our house. They left our yard feeling brand new! They arrived at 4pm and finished in about a hour. I would recommend and continue utilizing their services moving forward!
