From the very beginning, I made it very clear that I would **not** be at the property in person. The plan was for them to walk the exterior, review the scope, and then send me a bid afterward. They replied that this was "no problem at all." On the morning of the visit, I received a text at 8:14 AM saying they could arrive at 8:50 AM and asking if I would be there. I didn't see the message until around 9:30 AM, again confirming that I would **not** be there. but he was welcome to go. Immediately he replied saying 'they weren't expecting him'. What?! Despite not having that confirmation, he went to the property anyway, arrived earlier than the time he had just proposed, and knocked on the tenants' door at 8:20am, early in the morning, disturbing them. Security cameras show him arriving with a woman, briefly going up to the door, and not even looking around the yard at all. For a landscaping job, he did not meaningfully inspect the property or walk the space to understand the project. What frustrates me most is this: if he was truly interested in the client's satisfaction and the actual scope of work, he would have taken the time to walk the property, look at what needed to be done, and start forming ideas. Instead, it felt like the priority was an in‑person "sales talk" and pressure, not understanding the goals of the project. Why drive 30 minutes to a property you already know the client won't be at, only to knock on the door, disturb the tenants, not even look around, from the street even and then refuse to properly evaluate the job? That makes no sense from a customer service or professionalism standpoint. In my opinion, this experience showed a lack of respect for my time, my tenants, and my client's project. I would not recommend Faithwood Landscaping for anyone who expects reliability, clear communication, and a focus on the actual work rather than just trying to make a sale.

We are sadly disappointed with Dave after having a good initial first impression. He quit without…read moreany reasonable warning in an unprofessional manner. We hired Dave a few months ago to do maintenance on our lawn. We were initially impressed with him. He did excellent work, communication was easy (he spoke fluent English), and his invoices were clear and sent via email. We especially appreciated that he texted in a timely manner. However, he started to miss a few things we had agreed upon that were in his scope. Not a huge deal, we figured it was just an oversight. So we sent him photos and reminders of things we needed trimmed/weeded. He didn't seem to mind (or at least never expressed to me that he didn't like it). We always tried to be as courteous and polite in our communication. Suddenly one day he snapped at me and said if I sent him photos again, he would quit. If I knew he didn't like it, I would not have done it. We said we had no idea it was offensive, and that it was previously discussed that texting would be acceptable. He subsequently was a no-show that day. I called him the next day and he didn't answer. He later quit via text. This behavior is just unprofessional, and frankly childish behavior. I just wanted to share my experience so you all can be cautious if you want to hire these guys.

I chose ITH because of the affordability compared to other companies. While Ignacio was very nice…read moreand walked me through everything, his group made some errors. One was very big. The main seam down the middle was done very bad in which i believe he noticed right away so his crew re did it. When they re did it, they left nail heads an inch above ground. This caused my son and I to keep stepping on them. He came back to hammer them in but now the seam showed terribly again. This led me to believe the high nail heads were intentional to fluff the turf to correct the mistake. Now the seam is very visible and they have stated they can't do anything to fix it. The second issue I noticed was the scratches in the sidewalk his crew left. My driveway cement already isn't the nicest so it doesn't matter to me too much, but this could be a bigger issue to someone who has a nicer driveway. There are some issues with the old brick they expanded from and attached the turf too. Now needs to be re grouted/re bricked. Although Ignacio was very kind, I would have paid a bit more in hindsight to have a nicer job done. I've attached pictures of the main seam.

We had…read moreunfortunately been scammed out of money from a previous "contractor" who sadly ran away with our money and an unfinished job. ITH came over and listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! We have nice, new, beautiful 3,000psi concrete patio and some marathon 2 sod installed perfectly! I loved they were able to create the little curve, and planter spaces along the edge with bend a board. They tapered the land and concrete so no water pools anywhere. The sprinkler system is in great working order. We are forever thankful for their professionalism, respect to our property, immediate response time, and hard work and dedication! They were on time and such a wonderful group of workers. When they say they will finish part ABC on X Day they mean it! I'd give them 6 stars if we could! We also asked them to kill and grade everything in the front as my wife and I will do the front yard ourselves. They easily took out all the debris and weeds.
