In the process of painting the cabinet the one month old TV was damaged and Brooks will take no responsibility, going so far as to tell me his employee saw me touch the TV so I could have broke it, like I'm trying to pin something on them. His last bit of advice was it's new so my insurance should pay for it. If you want to roll the dice and hope you get the "A" team, and don't care if the owner ignores problems and likes to argue with you, hire Brooks. It's a shame because several of the guys do good work, but I'd rather work with a customer focused business even if it cost more.
