I found comfort in the degrees and certificates that lined the walls. I was also very surprised when he passed not one but two tests of identifying metals (platinum and 18k gold) just by looking at it in the cool microscope glasses that seem to have a permanent place across his brow. I've been here on two occasions for resizing. He was very thorough and gave an estimate beforehand. For the more expensive resizing he suggested that we go to the seller and see if they were willing to resize due to cost. For the lesser expensive adjustment he actually did it at $50 less than the vendor had offered. He was honest about the process and gave me the date and time of pickup the day that the order was placed. I can tell that this gentleman values his work and his customers. 10/10 recommendation.

The reason I went there was to get a bracelet for my sister as a gift, and I had heard that Cindi Earl sometimes had cool bracelets that are not to pricy. I heard right, because I was able to pick up a bracelet for under $150 that featured some different colored stones on it. It was not made out of silver or any other precious metals, but it was really cool and she definitely liked it as a gift. The service was great and everyone was very helpful and super nice (chatted about my sister and where I was from, etc) while I was at the store.
