I found comfort in the degrees and certificates that lined the walls. I was also very surprised when he passed not one but two tests of identifying metals (platinum and 18k gold) just by looking at it in the cool microscope glasses that seem to have a permanent place across his brow. I've been here on two occasions for resizing. He was very thorough and gave an estimate beforehand. For the more expensive resizing he suggested that we go to the seller and see if they were willing to resize due to cost. For the lesser expensive adjustment he actually did it at $50 less than the vendor had offered. He was honest about the process and gave me the date and time of pickup the day that the order was placed. I can tell that this gentleman values his work and his customers. 10/10 recommendation.

With that in mind don't expect to go here and find a Les Paul hanging on the wall brand new or your favorite marshal amp brand new. They made it very clear they could order anything you wanted. Again, this is a local small music place and I like supporting local places. They also told me they can do guitar and amp work I think they have someone who they send it out to on their behalf. I gave them five stars for being exactly what it is a nice clean place, small locally owned where I can go pick up some simple things for some music and if I need something big I'll ask him them to order and see what the price will be.
