I arrived on time and I was greeted and dealt with immediately. After checking in, it's time to play the waiting game. I was told it would take two hours to complete my XT6's service. Honestly, two hours isn't bad at all considering the time it takes to take off and put on four new skins. Then with their free 4 wheel alignment and free synthetic oil change all within that window is quite amazing. Their customer service team seems well put together. Everyone is kind and attentive to every customer's needs. I highly recommend Tire Discounters for your vehicles needs. Well, after 2 1/2 hours, Logan just notified me that my complementary alignment and my complementary synthetic oil change is bit behind schedule. I've got another 1 1/2 hour wait. Not what I was expecting. But, getting my four wheel alignment is very important to me with my purchase of new tires. I'm not thrilled with the extended wait time, but I feel it's still worth it. Most of the time you're made to feel like a ghost when walking into a business. Well, not here, the employees here are genuine and welcoming and that's a fact! I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 in for repair. I was referred to them by CarMax. Fox Total Car Care confirmed with me they'd honor my MaxCare warranty. The service writer mentioned to me they really don't like to take on these warranty repairs because the insurance companies are so slow to pay. I showed up 30 minutes early due to the snowy weather, my appointment was scheduled at 9am. They took my info minutes after I walked in and at 9am, the service tech introduced himself and asked me all of the pertinent questions for him to begin to troubleshoot my vehicle. I must admit, I'm not used to folks being so kind to start a Monday morning. Fox Total Car Care took about 3 hours to diagnose my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately for me, FTCC could not fix my XT6 due to Cadillac's proprietary software upgrades. They fully explained their inability to fix my vehicle. But, the owner personally spoke to me with a full explanation and I'm very satisfied with that. I wish they could have fixed my XT6, but I understand why they could not. We drive like old people because we are old people ... we never have mechanical issues with anything, but we bought the Alpha Priority One warranty they offered because we are retired on a fixed income. In about 2K miles it developed a serious vibration requiring a Torque Tube. The Dealer service department handled everything under warranty at no charge to me. This is a known problem with these C7 Corvettes. The new one failed right away, evidently having the same problem common to so many. The Service Department explained that the part was OEM new, but must have been older stock with the same problem. The Service Department contacted Chevy and obtained a new Torque Tube with the issue corrected. Shortly thereafter, the car developed another problem and both rear axle shafts were replaced with new OEM parts at no charge to me. At that point, the repairs would have been more than $10K if I was paying for them. At 65, I've had more warranty issues with this car than all the other cars I have owned in my life combined, but that's fine. Anything mechanical can have issues, but the car drives like brand new now, They way we drive, it averages more than 35MPG on the highway ... pic attached since I know that is hard to believe if you haven't owned late model Corvettes. My son and Don Franklin are closing on the identical 2019 version of this car this weekend.

My contact person, Elijah Hart, told me not to worry because the deposit was refundable. He did not say that it was ONLY refundable if I did not agree that it was as spotless as he was claiming. Nothing was ever put in writing and signed. I admit I should have clarified. When I changed my mind about the car altogether, AB Honda refused to refund my deposit or any part of it. I contacted Honda, received an apology, and was told that they would document a complaint against the dealership. Never give them any money up front without getting refund details in writing!
