There was a solo guitar player performing acoustic songs. A lot of traffic during the grand opening and many folks stopping in while strolling by the store. Seems to be some buzz around the place. The prices were on par with most other shops I've been around the country. The staff seemed to mainly stay behind the register and let you wander but were more than happy to help answer any questions. Definitely worth the hour drive north of Philly to check out, along with the nearby bookstore and the great little town square.

This place has an amazing collection of old books, magazines, newspapers, everyday documents, used…read morerecords, CD's and old currency. I bought some science fiction magazines from the 60s and 70s for only 15 dollars. The issues were in great condition. I also collect old newspapers and they have a good amount going back to the 1800's. You can easily spend hours at this place. Employees are all very nice and knowledgeable.

This isn't a snoody insider shop, where an angry neckbeard will laugh at you for not knowing your Image from your Darkhorse. These folks are happy to help anybody with their first venture into comics, or will kindly leave the veterans to browse. They will set up a pull-list for you, if you want to keep up to date on the latest issues, which is even easier and more convenient to do from home if you use Facebook or Instagram. Just follow their posts and comment on their new release postings to pre-order anything in advance. And my favorite Sunday activity is following their weekly "Claims," where they feature new-to-the-store key issues and bundles at great deals. It's also a great spot for Free Comic Book Day and Halloween. They have some back issues, including some nice expensive finds on the wall and behind the glass, but since it's not the biggest shop in the world, you could probably look elsewhere for that. The customer service and atmosphere is what I come for, though, so it's my first and primary destination for new books.

The staff is welcoming and always happy to talk about some tunes. They do new record listening parties and events throughout the year; I checked out the one they did for Green Day's new album and that was a lot of fun. Prices are fair (or at least standard for nowadays), and they have a large selection of both vinyl records and CDs. Highly recommended.

After retiring from a career as a brilliant engineer, he gets to repair and/or tinker with vintage audio equipment and listen to vinyl and reel to reels all day. Not many people have this skill--- and the ones that do don't openly chat with you about it the way this guy does. He is as rare of a find as some of his records. I have purchased a few components from him as well as vinyl.
