I took my watch in to get cleaned and shined (Breitling Super Avenger) and because of the bezel and diamonds in the band i was afraid to give this to someone that didn't know what they were doing in fear that the diamonds could become lose. The owner was very knowledgeable and gave it a quick shine that made it look new again. There was no pretentious aura and it was a very comfortable place to browse. I tried on a claddagh ring that i would have bought but it didn't fit. This is a solid place, i'll definately go back. very good service, very professional without the pretentious BS that you find at jewelry boutiques these days.

Given that they're an authorized dealer for heavy hitters like Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, it makes total sense they maintain a secure, high-touch environment rather than letting visitors wander freely. Maddy took me up to the second floor where their pre-owned selection is housed. Wow, what a setup! Having around 100 pre-owned watches under glass was a pleasant surprise; most authorized dealers keep only a handful on-site and store the rest off-premises. Maddy was exceptionally patient as we pulled several pieces to try on. When none ended up being quite the right fit, she brought me back to the main showroom to explore new pieces from Tudor and Omega (since Precision isn't a Breitling dealer). The facility itself is gorgeous. The entrance features a double-glass secure vestibule with a buzz-in system. The main showroom is impeccably laid out with distinct brand spaces, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire space with natural light. Even though it sits right on busy Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd, the acoustics inside make it dead silent--you don't hear a sound from traffic. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the complete lack of post-visit follow-up. I left my name, phone number, and email expecting at least a quick note or periodic check-in. Instead, it's been total crickets over the last few weeks. With such a high level of concierge service in the showroom, a brief follow-up text acknowledging the visit or keeping me in mind for future inventory would have made the experience seamless.

I scooped it up fast. When I received it it was in rough shape. They had repainted the bag everywhere and I mean everywhere - the grommets, the chain, on the turn lock. The paint job was also fading and rubbed off in certain spots, so the original color was poking through. On top of it all there was also pen marks on the inside flap. I debated where or not to send it in to get restored or just use it as is. I decided that since the bag is considered an investment piece then I needed to do everything I could to preserve it. I contacted Leather Surgeons. I uploaded pictures of the bag and they sent me a quote. I got the bag spa service about $600, but only because I added insurance. Then I waited, I sent it out and got confirmation that it was received 7/9/2026, and it came back yesterday 8/19/2026.(UPS signature required) I sent emails while waiting for the bag just to check up on the progress and LS got back to me every time. The wait was worthwhile. When I opened the box I couldn't believe how the bag looked. I was so happy with the bag. It literally looks brand new. I am so happy I decided to send the bag to Leather Surgeons, they are worth the hype. They have earned their reputation and I will be sending out two more bags to them. I had never been to the Clock Repair Studio before. I had looked at the reviews of area Clock Repair places, but it seemed that Clock Repair for wind-up clocks was not their main business. Did they really understand them? We set an appointment with Scott and brought the clock to him. He's a really nice guy. He opened up the clock and immediately recognized that the clock had been worked on (before we got it) and had various adjustments wrong. He's very knowledgeable and experienced with wind-up clocks, and informed us about each item as he went along. It had managed to run, but now that it had stopped, the adjustments had to be corrected to bring it back to a known running condition. He explained each step that he was doing. He tweaked and re-tweaked several adjustments and after an hour, he told us he wasn't certain it would continue running - although it was running by the time we left the shop. It has continued to run fine since we brought it home. We are very pleased. Scott is truly a Guru for wind-up clocks! We recommend him for anyone with problems of a wind-up clock.
