During mediation, Brian was distracted, answering emails and even stepping away to take a call. I had to track him down while the mediator waited--yet I was still billed for that time. There were also repeated mistakes in my paperwork, including the wrong address, vehicle, and child support amount. I never saw a draft of the final decree for nearly two months. After switching attorneys, the new lawyer had it submitted in a week and finalized by the judge shortly after. I trusted this team to guide me through one of the hardest seasons of my life.
