For my divorce, I started with another law office, but it was really confusing on who I was dealing with and Lord help me trying to make sense of the invoice. They just kept saying I owed money, but couldn't give me a break down of any charges. Thankfully I asked around and found the Law Office of Natalie Gregg. Mary Neal was the lawyer assigned to my case, and she has been amazing from the beginning. I always felt like she was there to protect me and also gave great advice. When my my father passed away and his wife sued my brother and I to get complete control of all his things, she stepped up to the plate! It's not even her specialty, but she's awesome! If only she could help me with my foundation lawsuit.... Hahaha! And the invoicing is so easy to read! They even show me the break down between each case. But more importantly, Mary has helped so much, it's like she's not even a lawyer, but my friend. I can't recommend this law office enough, let alone Mary Neal. She's absolutely the best!

Each time I thought progress was being made, suddenly it was time to make another payment. I specifically asked for Natalie to represent me, but at my first hearing Ken ended up to represent me.He was completely unprepared, and because of that, the outcome of that day hurt my child custody situation. On top of that, I was charged for both Natalie and Ken to attend meetings together. Even communication was frustrating. My emails were ignored for a week, and I had to send a second follow-up just to get a response. They act like they care, but there is no genuine sympathy. At one meeting, Natalie even shed tears , but it felt insincere, because at the end of the day, all she seemed to care about was money. I wouldn't have minded the cost if I had actually seen meaningful results , but that wasn't the case. In the end, I had to hire another attorney, and I am very glad I made that decision.

Her and her staff were very responsive to my calls and emails. It took a long time, multiple court dates, so much paperwork, multiple mediations, and it was really rough during those 3 years. Holly always reassured me and reminded me that gathering proof and documentation takes time. I am grateful I chose Holly to be my attorney it took years but we got the result we wanted in the beginning of the case itself although we did have a difficult judge. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO MS. FULLER and her staff!! She completley changed our lives. I had not expected the case to be back and forth across three years but it was worth every single penny. She also worked with me on paying any balances and retainers as sometimes I would have to wait for my next check. And she made sure that I would review documents and edit them if needed which I appreciate such a type of communication. She is proffesional, caring, and also straightfoward. She won't sugarcoat anything but she will do her best to make sure the outcome is most suitable for you and your family since the decision at the end of the day is up to the judge (and hopefully the judge is having a good day). I believe we spent over 20,000, which was not what I expected (since I had never had to acquire an attorney), but I am so glad I did acquire an attorney rather than try to do everything myself. She knows the ins and outs of her type of practice and can answer all questions with fine details. Never once did I have to file paperwork, draft paperwork, or go infront of the judge (other than for the mediations or final court hearing). She also knows how to defend her clients considerably well during the court hearings. Not ONLY did Mr. Uunderstood and his staff fix the mess created by my old attorney he knew how to ensure I had the outcome I wanted ULTIMATELY . She accomplished nothing in my defense at our hearing, withdrew all my retainer, and accomplished not even the paternity test I requested on my ex wife who had a child with another man. I am still married, my family and I have 10k less in funds to start our new life with, and Carissa Galvan prides herself on the fact she fleeced me and made off with my money. It's how she operates, and a win to her is receiving payment for work or for non work. It makes her little difference whether she is doing the job she attained her BS in English to do in 2018. I have retained a larger more powerful firm to win custody of my children and end this nightmare, but the damage Carissa Galvan and her firm caused in this most desperate moment of mine and my kids lives is permanent. The time I have lost with my children while under a protective order filed by the children's aunt is irreplaceable, and I will not stop seeking recompense from this firm. I hired them when I was apparently far too desperate because like the vultures they are, they picked my kids and I dry when were at our most desperate, and Carissa Galvan was most proud of herself over the phone about it too. I would suggest you recording every interaction you have with this firm because she will simply hang up the phone on you in an immature joke after she's stolen from you. I called and asked to speak with Elizabeth. Her response was "She doesn't work from this office." Umm... ok? So where does she work from or how can I speak with her? Or does she not work for you at all any more. The rude lady then followed up by saying "Well, you'd have to give me your info and tell me why you're calling and I'll email her." So I gave her my contact info and told her that I was interested in a new client consultation. She then said "New client or are you just looking to sell us clients?" (Which I have no idea what selling a client means... but whatever). I told her that I thought she was being a little bit rude as I'm looking for attorney representation. Her response was "Oh whatever..." and then hung up on me. If this is the level of service recieved on first contact with them, I don't want to find out how the follow up will be.
