Each time I thought progress was being made, suddenly it was time to make another payment. I specifically asked for Natalie to represent me, but at my first hearing Ken ended up to represent me.He was completely unprepared, and because of that, the outcome of that day hurt my child custody situation. On top of that, I was charged for both Natalie and Ken to attend meetings together. Even communication was frustrating. My emails were ignored for a week, and I had to send a second follow-up just to get a response. They act like they care, but there is no genuine sympathy. At one meeting, Natalie even shed tears , but it felt insincere, because at the end of the day, all she seemed to care about was money. I wouldn't have minded the cost if I had actually seen meaningful results , but that wasn't the case. In the end, I had to hire another attorney, and I am very glad I made that decision.

Her and her staff were very responsive to my calls and emails. It took a long time, multiple court dates, so much paperwork, multiple mediations, and it was really rough during those 3 years. Holly always reassured me and reminded me that gathering proof and documentation takes time. I am grateful I chose Holly to be my attorney it took years but we got the result we wanted in the beginning of the case itself although we did have a difficult judge. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO MS. FULLER and her staff!! She completley changed our lives. I had not expected the case to be back and forth across three years but it was worth every single penny. She also worked with me on paying any balances and retainers as sometimes I would have to wait for my next check. And she made sure that I would review documents and edit them if needed which I appreciate such a type of communication. She is proffesional, caring, and also straightfoward. She won't sugarcoat anything but she will do her best to make sure the outcome is most suitable for you and your family since the decision at the end of the day is up to the judge (and hopefully the judge is having a good day). I believe we spent over 20,000, which was not what I expected (since I had never had to acquire an attorney), but I am so glad I did acquire an attorney rather than try to do everything myself. She knows the ins and outs of her type of practice and can answer all questions with fine details. Never once did I have to file paperwork, draft paperwork, or go infront of the judge (other than for the mediations or final court hearing). She also knows how to defend her clients considerably well during the court hearings. If you'd like to be told that you need to hire now.. before 6 months of being separated goes by and…read morethen your ex has the ball in her court just for the ball to be put in her court after spending thousands anyways.. this place is for you. Apparently.. "laws changed" when nothing was done by her before the 6 month period. I will say that I had hired her with about a month to work with (5 months in to my ex moving out). Well.. I had to fire her and hire another attorney maybe a day or two after the 6 month period went by when i finally heard back from her. The only reason i think I heard from her was because of my ex's attorney telling her about texts I was sending my ex about how she can't live as far as she was trying to. Which when i did hear back.. it was about texts I was sending my ex. Not any of the texts my ex had sent me triggering the texts I sent her. Not anything to do with the fact that 6 months went by and she did nothing to drag us to court or mediation prior to the 6 month deadline. No worries right? I now drive from McKinney to Sherman and back on Thursdays.. and back there again on Fridays doing the same thing, if it's not my weekend. If it is my weekend, I drive to Sherman and back at 6 on Sundays. It will only get worse when my daughter starts school. Not to mention, she literally got $5k-$6k for this "work" while questioning me instead of my ex's attorney over how my ex and I were texting each other. So the whole time she could've been collecting things that my ex had been saying to me... she chose to listen to complaints by my ex's attorney about things I was saying to his client instead of going back to them or documenting things to use against my ex. This lady and this firm literally ruined any chance I had at true 50/50 custody. Good thing I found another law firm literally next door to my ex's law firm to get closer to 50/50 or I would be screwed even more for ANOTHER $5K. At the same time, I found out laws did not change from my new attorney and there was nothing I could do other than sue the same attorney who I hired to help me, who screwed me.. for money. Money does not get back what I loss with my child. Those rules of living in the same county still applied and she did nothing before 6 months passed (according to my new attorney). Thanks to this place dropping the ball, my ex can now live within a 100 mile radius of me (rather than the same county we raised our daughter in) which has been extremely expensive. It costs me work hours to make our meeting point. It costs me a lot in gas money and time with my daughter staring who get to stare at me from the back seat as we drive to and from our meeting point with her mom.

I can not sing the praises of Warmbrodt, Winslow and Associates enough! This firm has come along side my family and I in the midst of a terrible circumstance and has greatly helped to guide us and navigate through a very unique and complicated situation with the custody of our children. Their wisdom and expertise is unmatched. I called in and he called me back to do a consultation that day. Mr.Warmbrodt was a true blessing when it came to my complicated case that started in early 2017. My case was complex, but the office was very informative, professional, and flexible. My case was a custody case along with a potential divorce. By potential divorce, I am referring to my ex boyfriend trying to claim common law. I cannot recommend Attorney Randall Warmbrodt strongly enough for all matters involving Family Law. We used Warmbrodt and associates the past two months for our family law needs. We did not know how to navigate the legal system but Mr. Warmbrodt was on top of everything we needed in our case. It's not often that in a hard situation such as cases involving your children (and faced with hiring a 'stranger' to protect this most precious asset) that you find the perfect fit. But that has been my experience with Warmbrodt Winslow Associates. I have found every member or their staff from the vet first phone call to be extremely courteous and competent.
