I was pleased with the easy access to the line, and tidy lot. I was impressed with the vacuum, and how it had strong suction to get all the dirt up. I've been to a few car wash's, and it's annoying when the vacuum shuts off mid way, but GoCarWash's vacuum was running the entire time. The final high light of the day was when I locked myself out of the car, and the General Manager Ricky Portillo was able to get me back in, it was very hot 90 degree weather. I'm so grateful, he saved me a huge inconvenience if I had to wait for my husband. I'll definitely come back, very happy customer. read more

I like coming here on my way to work. The cheapest was is $4 and you get in and out quick when they first open. After the wash you have the free vacuum that goes with the was you paid for. Some people seem to take forever with the vacuums. They fill up fast when it is busier. Once I was there and the wash shut down. Something happened to a car inside and a few employees went in. Then two cars pulled up to where I guess the office is. Might have hit each other but not sure. I think I got someone else's wash because I got the wheel shine and I did not pay for that. read more

This is the second time their car wash has pulled the trim off of my door on the drivers side. I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The first time I thought since it was a brand new car that it was possibly a manufacturers defect. I made them aware but I took it back to the dealership and they replaced the piece. I have had a membership at this location for the 2 years I have owned my vehicle so keep in mind this is how they treat a long time customer. This latest incident happened on Sunday and I made them aware immediately. It took them until today to get back to me. They have denied liability and said it must be existing damage. They have a camera/video system throughout the whole wash! They can see exactly when it happened but didn't bother to even look. They just sent me a form letter that did not address my damages specifically and clearly shows they send it out often. read more

This place is now called Go Car Wash and I must say I was so disappointed. I played for service where my tires were supposed to be shined along with the wash. My tires were so dry and a shy after the wash was done. I think they gave me somebody else's wash. I always wondered when they have multiple cars paying at the same time how do they ensure the right person is getting the right wash. We just did the drive through car wash hoping it would get dried on egg off our car but certainly not expecting much in the way of service. We were frankly stunned at how kind, pleasant, helpful, and committed the staff were to making sure our car got cleaned. Mario helpfully explained all the options to us, helped us select the right car wash and followed up when we exited the car wash to see if it had worked. It hadn't all come off so he gave us a cloth to help scrub it off and let us go through again until it was all off. Rio way over performed expectations and Mario is a gem! read more

I signed up for the mangers special during the summer promotion and they charge my credit card monthly for the full car wash, Once you enter the car wash, per the decal that was provided to me, the decal is suppose to recognize the full manager special,wash,wax, tire shine. NO on 3 occasions it's given me the basic wash, due to the fact, there's so many cars going thru at the same time. Their system can't figure which car wash package. If you're going to charge my credit card each month for a service, I expect to get that service. Imagine having to drive your car thru the car wash twice on the same visit. Customers Pay close attention, I'm going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, this is a Bait and switch. This is my favorite car wash in town. I'm never waiting too long to get my car washed and the customer service is above and beyond! I currently Uber / Lyft drive and upgraded from the basic monthly car wash to the $20 a month and let me tell you... I can / my passengers can really tell the difference. If you're on here debating whether or not to upgrade, I can honestly say, without a doubt, please do it... It's amazing and waaaaaay better than the $4 wash. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I've had a membership to Rio for a year now. This week their machine ripped a piece of plastic off my passenger side door. After inspecting the damage, I was informed by their General Manager that my car must have had damage prior to entering the car wash and that "there was no way" their machine could have ripped the plastic molding off my vehicle. I can assure you, that my car was not damaged prior to entering the car wash and that while my car was in the machine, we heard the brushes hit the plastic and knock it loose. Mr. Kemp stated that they were not liable for any damage done by their machines. When I canceled my membership as a result, they did not care that they were losing my family as a customer. I would encourage you to consider using a different car wash if you don't want your vehicle to be damaged. read more

Awesome place for a quick car wash! I love any car wash with unlimited self-serve vacuums but I specially love this one because their wash is only three dollars. You would assume that a three dollar wash would not be thorough, but on the contrary I was able to clean my other half's white car thoroughly for the price. Paid $12 for a car was that included a tire shine. After the wash, I vacuumed out my vehicle. As the tires dried, it was apparent that no shine was applied. Had to speak to 4 different people before I was offered a shine pad and told I could do it myself. I asked to be refunded the difference in the two wash levels. Was told no refunds are given. This wash is the greatest around Chesterfield VA. I've been through quite a few times and every time I go through my car comes out as clean as it did on the lot when I first bought it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and have a positive attitude towards customers. They're very helpful in helping understand what's wrong and are able to fix the problem right away. I recommend Rio Car Wash out of any wash around town. For what it's worth I think paying on a monthly plan washing my car as many times as I want is so awesome. Do not go here if you care about your vehicle! The car wash is mediocre at best, does not clean the middle of the front grill, nor the back tailgate. I also paid for an undercarriage wash and when I checked afterwords, the entire undercarriage as I just returned from the beach. After the wash, the undercarriage was still partially dry and covered in filth. The car wash I had also included tire shine, only part of the tire was treated. The manager let me go through a second time at no charge, and the same results. Their resolution was to go through a third time. WTF! When I showed him the undercarriage spray his response was "it doesn't actually spray the entire area"....it's an undercarriage wash! They refused to give me a refund, and I have now wasted 15 bucks because I have to find a decent car wash. read more

I use this car wash frequently. Today I was vacuuming my vehicle and afterwards I was looking for clean buckets of water to use to loosen the dirt off of my windows and tires. I asked an attendant for assistance and she then went to a co-worker for assistance. He told her to tell me he would do it after changing toilet paper in a restroom. At the time, he was much closer to me than the restroom and what made it so bad is that he was training a new employee. I told the young lady that customers should come first and she agreed. My husband and I purchased the monthly car wash service sometime in 2015. Starting in January 2016 my sticker was not working. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, first with employees and then with the manager who I initially tried to get to cancel the service and refund me the charges for February. On February 6th the manager called me. To resolve the issue I had been having for over a month he said the windshield stickers would be activated through March 31st with no additional charges. Assuring me the payments on file would be removed. Essentially offering me the month of March free of charge for my troubles. I did agree to this arrangement. The final straw in this whole situation came today, four days after the manager and I's conversation. I attempted to go through the wash moments ago and the windshield sticker was AGAIN declined. This situation is just beyond ridiculous. The only resolution I would be satisfied with at this point is a refund of our $27.43 and change for the month of February and to not be charged erroneously again. read more

Ummm. Yeah. I just moved here from Raleigh, I'm not a newbie to the wash club program concept per month. So it was an easy sell to me. However, this car wash scratched my car really bad. A body shop shared with me it would be upwards of $3k to repaint the panels that this wash damaged on my car. Having it buffed/sanded costs around $100 and I was able to get about 80% of the scratches. Uno stars for you Richard!
