Ignored by staff until I walked out. Came in to have a beer and a light meal. I sat at the bar and was able to order a drink, and the bartender said they'd be right out with some chips and salsa. A group came in a few minutes after me and was immediately given chips and salsa but mine never arrived. We tried a large variety of items-everyone was pleased with their choices. They have a good size menu. Her personality and knowledge of Mexican drinks kept everyone laughing and having a good time. Nice to have a bartender ask what flavor do you want...!!!! Service is a fuck joke first server just came took or app and kids order and took off, second server came didn't say anything about other one leaving and other food not being put in and then when we expressed our frustration got met with "that's not my problem" and offered a manager, but could not get us a manager still did not listen to us on the kids order had to grab a third server to finally was able to actually get our kids food. Usually with Mexican you can get it cheap, good or fast... and you don't get to decide which two. Understand that there are multiple locations in Hillsville. I am specifically reviewing Stuart Street which is at the far right corner of a strip plaza. This place is AMAZING!!! LOVE'd it. The place felt extremely clean even amidst the COVID crazy. I went on a Wednesday evening. I was greeted immediately and immediately seated. My server was extremely friendly.
