I had brought this up on my GPS, but since they changed the exit in this area, it's a bit twisty to get to. However not horrible with a GPS! There is a fair amount of parking spaces and when you first walk in, you are greeted right away with all of the pretty Christmas decor! The staff here was very friendly! There are plenty of items to see and they have the trees decorated with different themes! It was super cute! I did buy one ornament and I would say it was slightly over priced. However, they do have such a nice selection of items and it's so well put together, I didn't mind. It was truly an experience!

First, I was disappointed to learn that they don't sell kringles here, so the business name is mis-leading, especially when Christmas is spelled as Kristmas. Ok, now that I got that off my chest, let me tell you hiw cool this store is! There are two levels of everything you will need to decorate your house for Christmas, as well as a lot of great gift ideas. They have Christmas trees, figurines, items to build your own Christmas village, Advent calendars, ornaments, customized ornaments, and anything else you can think of. I can't describe this store and do it justice, so look at my photos for a better look. It's open year-round, 7 days a week, 10am to 5pm, so come see it for yourself!

KDC Traders has a bit of a sharper edge. They had all sorts of glass collectibles, gothic themed knick knacks (dragons galore), as well as vintage themed collectibles (Elvis, Marilyn, Betty Boop, and the like). It's not the biggest gift shop in the Dells but it's packed full of chachkies. Which, really, is what the peruse down Broadway is all about. Get to it!

Instead, I ended up ordering online and had the present mailed directly to my friend. At checkout, there was a box where I was able to enter a message, and all I wrote there was "Happy Birthday!". I expected that message to appear somewhere on the shipping label (as I've seen other places do), but no. What arrived inside the shipping box was another beautifully wrapped box with a bow and a hand-addressed little Frank Lloyd Wright note card. Totally unexpected, and terrific!
