So I attempted to come to this place to give it a try since my usual nail tech at my salon left early and it was in the area. Upon walking in there were only two techs working, both working on clients and no one waiting. I asked if they were accepting walk ins and that I didn't mind waiting. She replied that she didn't have a slot. All the while one of the nail techs is looking at me and telling me yes. I think because they were within an hour of closing is why she didn't want to let me stay and I would've been perfectly fine with her saying that. Once I saw that the pedicures were being done in buckets and the chairs with the connected foot bath, being turned away didn't seem so bad. Basically the lady who did my nails had NO idea what she was doing. Thick, ugly, crooked nails. The ladies are very nice but their work sucks. I just stepped out of the salon and my gel nails are disgusting and sticky. I'm suppose to be leaving on a cruise Friday and now I'm going to have to spend more money getting them redone tomorrow. Oh and they took almost 3 hours doing my nails. I hope they have the girls take extra classes on how to do gel manicures. If not I don't see them getting very far. Pedicure: 6 outta 10. I called around 6:00 requesting a mani/pedi before closing. Robert (one of the owners) answered and was very friendly. He fit me in at 6:55 and explained to me where they are located. When I walked in I was very surprised by the interior - it was sleek, white, almost industrial-looking. The nail polish was displayed as if they were pieces of art. Maybe all nail salons in Miami are like this?? I don't know - but I do know I was very impressed with the selection of colors - Robert directed me to the most recent collections from OPI. Leydi gave me a pedicure and a manicure - she did an excellent job on both. As I sat there and looked around I really felt like I was in some type of art gallery....the music was very soothing and the surroundings were very relaxing. Highly recommend and I will be back next time I am in Miami! Regarding the comments from previous reviews about the language barrier - I don't speak Spanish, Leydi doesn't speak English. Showed up here at my appt and they don't do acrylics even though I had already called and got pricing and it says right there on their IG page that they do it and the price. Wow, I am keeping this place for as long as I live. I FINALLY found my nail place. They have every single color you can possibly think of. It is very spacious and the atmosphere is very calm. No loud people talking, no nail technician on their phone. The owner is extremely nice and was always offering us (my kids and I) something to drink. She made sure my kids were having a great time! They have the best hot chocolate. My nail technician was Iliana. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was very nice and very detailed. This was the first time doing the dip powder but since my nails are short, I was very skeptical since I didn't want my nails to look too bulky. OMG, she did a miracle on my nails. She told me that I can do the dip powder base and the gel nail color at the same time. I did not know you can do that and I amazed on how my nails came out. You can't even tell that I have the dip powder. They came out perfect!! I went a week ago and my nails are intact. And let me not even get started with my tootsies...They were in heaven. Even though they did not have the massage chairs, the service was amazing! I suffer from ingrown nails and literally, she nailed it. My tootsies love her! I made an appointment with my co-worker very excited to go do our nails. My friend went first because she was on her lunch break and she came back with her nails so pretty and I got really excited because of how it came out. I asked her who had done her nails (which her name is Leidis "La Rubia") and I immediately called to make my appointment with the same nail tech, the owner answered and said she was booked already for the time I had requested so I was like "ok no problem, I'm still going at 3:30". When I arrived the owner very nicely acknowledge that I had arrived and she offered me wine, coffee, and water while I waited to see who would do my nails. I got to sit down with the lady who would be doing my nails (Yolaine) if I'm not mistaking and at first everything was perfectly fine. She started making good conversation asking where I worked and we got to chatting. As the time passed while doing my nails I started feeling awkward because I asked her for a third coat of nail polish because after the second coat it was still very patchy and I didn't want the color to be ugly and she started saying that she couldn't but she would still do it, I told her that if I had to pay extra for the third coat of nail polish that I would that it would be no problem so she did it anyways and I was thankful for that but I was already a bit confused and unsatisfied. while the time went by and she put the gel over my nail I also asked her again to please put a third coat of gel (because I tend to bite my nails) so wanted them to be a bit harder than usual and she said "she couldn't because it would look like cement and the owner doesnt allowed it and the cameras were watching her" then again I said "no problem the money isn't an issue I will pay extra for the 3rd coat of gel" she still didnt' do it as I had asked her, which me really, really upset! When I took my left hand out of the Gel machine I noticed that my thumb and my middle fingers were looking kind of weird, the gel wasn't properly applied and it looked awful. I was texting my friend about it because I didn't want to be rude that I hadn't liked it and she was telling that I should point it out to her so she can fix it, so I did. Once I did the nail tech's mood changed and kinda blamed it on me which I didn't understand why when she hadn't properly added the gel. She then pretended to be cleaning the sides of my nails which she told me her self so the cameras saw her doing something... At this point, I was like "ok?"... She also told me if someone asks you to show your hands "show the left one which is prettier" and I was like "umm sure" in my head thinking that both hands should be equal right? She moved on to my feet and she did that in a blink of an eye. I by mistake messed one up and she went BONKERS! I wanted to leave at this point... I didn't want to be there my experience was going horribly wrong I felt awkward as hell and kind of upset. When she was done I paid and left the owner at this point wasn't there anymore. (I tipped the tech as well). Sunday night was looking at my nails and see that my right hands nail polish is chipping off, that shouldn't be happening when it's only been 2 days after me doing my nails... Overall, my personal experience was kind of strange, i liked the place it was nice and clean very attentive and the ladys are all nice and i won't critize the work ethic of others because i don't know them but i personally don't see myself going back just because of the way my nail tech was with me. read more

After reading reviews on yelp I had high expectations! Only to be disappointed majorly! I'm not from Miami & was quite hesitant to try any nail salon here. The salon itself is beautiful & clean. I Don't drink coffee so wasn't very impressed by complimentary offer. I asked for French style however, had to opt for full coverage to hide the flaws. Fill so light I'm gonna need another refill in a week! When making my appointment I specifically asked if nail tech was experienced I was told by Owner "yes that's why I assigned her to you". Only to be informed by said tech that she is "So So" with acrylic. In addition to that there was a language barrier being that she hardly spoke English & I only speak very little Spanish! She definitely needs practice! I followed through & allowed her to complete the task at hand despite my displeasure. I also polished my toes only to be disappointed again only receiving one coat. Which means I will have to get them done in one week as opposed to my usual two. When you choose to have PROFESSIONAL in your title I personally expect the highest quality of work!! Oh how I miss my nail tech back home! Thanks but doubt I'll be back! If I ask for French I expect French clean work & no evidence of previous color!
