Also he is good for conversation of any kind really. I got the 3 cryotherapy sessions for a solid price and have used two of them thus far. Really appreciate the cleanliness and spacious units of this establishment. You have actually privacy for all your needs. They offer lots of packages - and different recovery, tanning, and relaxation components. The cryotherapy last 3 minutes but feels like an hour. Temperature is -200 just about and it's worth it. I decided to try tanning beds again, I like this place. My first time here I did the $99 package deal and tried the stand up. I liked it a lot, just wish it was meant for shorter people :( I had trouble keeping my arms up. But other then that, I liked the stand up. The guy who helped me, he's older one was very helpful and nice. I then went back again and tried to different level beds. The one I prefer is bed 2 for 12 minutes. I decided to get more minutes today :) too bad I didn't take advantage of the memorial deal, they same guy didn't tell me it was only the holiday deal :( I said I'd come up and do it which was buy one package and get another of the same for a dollar. But oh well... the lady today took care of me.. she gave me my tan for me and she kept my 12 mins. Great place with great customer service! read more

I have been a member for over a year. This establishment has always been the cleanest and has had the largest variety of beds and extras offered by far, in comparison to other memberships I've had. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help with any questions I've had. I also love that that they have convenient storage to keep member lotions on site so I don't have to always worry whether or not I'm prepared to go tanning. They have a great selection of lotions for sale. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a place to tan in a clean environment and having multiple options for beds is important to you!!!! Update: Finally went to cancel the membership and I followed all the guidelines (30 days, call, sign a paper) but it still took 3 additional months to actually stop getting charged. This is a fabulous, beautiful, comfortable tanning salon that offers many extras!! They offer an array of services and prices that are very reasonable. The owner Gary has a fantastic aura around him; personable and welcoming. We felt comfortable the entire time we were there. We came in for spray tans (my aunt and I) and was met with great personalities by Both Gary and Lance. Lance was very thorough while explaining the steps with spray tan machine and offering all his knowledge on how to get the spray evenly all over the entire body The facility itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of magazines if you are waiting and a television to watch. It's located next to Target, if you're looking for a great place to receive a spray tan, use a tanning bed or maybe try one of their other services. You have found it here!! I came here for a spray tan. The young lady who worked the front fest was very nice. However, they sold me a package of three spray tans for $50 which didn't seem like a bad price until I later found out you had to use all three spray tans in the same week. I generally only get a spray tan every other week. Who in their right mind spray tans every other day? Needless to say I couldn't use the tans and I couldn't get a refund. This place is a rip off. - Great customer service - They sell prepaid packages by the minutes rather than by the session, so if you're a beginner, you don't have to waste a whole session on the limited number of minutes you can tolerate before burning - I have been assured that their prepaid packages never expire (I have yet to see if this promise holds up) - According to the ads I see playing at LVAC, LVAC members get a discount at Rio Tan. I didn't know this when I purchased my first package, but I will ask for the discount on my next purchase - The only negative I can see with Rio so far is that, unlike their competitor, they are not open 24 hours. For me, this is not an issue, but after a very negative experience with their competitor, I tried to talk my boyfriend into switching his monthly membership to Rio, but my boyfriend goes to the gym at 4:30 every morning, so he needs a 24 hour tanning facility. Both Rio and their competitor have a location near our gym, but until Rio expands their hours, a lot of people are going to settle with the poorer quality, but more convenient, competitor. read more

I go to the gym over here. There is a target right next door, so I started getting a tan here. I've also started and they're red light therapy and Red light therapy as well. They have new flavor of protein bars so I like to go right after the gym and refuel. The people are cool. The machines are always clean.
