Located close to large open grassy area across street from Ripley's business. Walk up price for two adults $24.95 per Dec 2 weeks before Christmas on a Sunday the museum was completely empty except for us, this is either good or bad. There were two jump scares, the spinning bridge corridor, and floor keyboard were best parts for me. There are different oddities throughout with a little write-up. Cool little place to visit in Myrtle Beach.

Cool Experience! We saw some really cool stuff! Great for ages 10 and older not really for children 5 and under! The best for all ages was the tallest guy in the world!

My kids are 10 and 9, we brought along our 11 yo nephew too. They had a blast. They were reading everything and asking us questions. It was good clean fun. Price is a little steep, but for how much the kids loved it, we'll consider this a win.

Always fun to visit. Cool artifacts and some make you scratch your head in disbelief. Definitely worth visiting if you're at Myrtle Beach, in Gatlinburg or any other place or Ripley believe it or not are located.

We were fortunate to get a teachers' discount. Memories from sharing this with my son with stay with me forever. I'm so glad we went here.

Unique items and knowledge My husband had never been to this type of museum before. I don't think it would have been worth it for the price on its own but as part of the aquarium package it was worth the extra $10. You go through different rooms with themes like mummies, presidents, torture devices, movie props and along the way you learn interesting facts about people, places, culture, etc. there is a lot of reading involved. Although there are some kid activities along the way it is more for older children that can read. Nice stop if looking for a break from the beach.

We did Ripleys illusion. It's fun, but very pricey and we got through the entire place in less than 30 minutes. My teenager had fun but definitely a place for little kids.

We come here every single year. My son loves it. It's just so fun and interesting. It's convenient to get to. There are so many photo opportunities, and it's just neat. If you're at the beach, you've just got to go. You won't regret it! Usually, they offer a combination deal where you can see a few things or activities for a certain price. That's what we typically do.

I got tickets to this museum as a $5 add on per ticket at the Ripley's aquarium. You can upgrade your aquarium ticket to visit Believe or Not for a few extra bucks. After reading a few of the reviews, I did not want to believe them. First, the museum is not located in a great area. It is a shady area if you ask me. Parking can also be difficult. I ended up paying $5 for parking in a lot a few blocks away. The place is not very wheelchair or stroller friendly. I ended up carrying my stroller up the stairs at the beginning of the museum. They have an elevator you can call and have someone operate, but no one responded when I pressed the button. We waited about 5 minutes and moved on. The place was not very big. It did not have many exhibits as compared to other Ripley's Believe or Not's that I have been to like Orlando. Of course it has the standard Ripley's Believe or Not displays such as the two head goat, the long neck woman, the World's tallest guy (whose pants were down and I had to pull up) and Lizard Man. They also had a mummy display and Presidential display along with a dance room which my 3 year old enjoyed. They also have tons of posters/printed material in the essence of Believe or Not all over the wall You exit the museum through an arcade, which costed me a few bribes to get my kid to leave. The museum was ok. Not very entertaining and definitely would not make a good stand alone attraction or an attraction to make a special trip for. I do not recommend going here unless you get a super deal, are in the area and have nothing else better to do. I got tickets for $5 and still feel that was a waste of my time.

Cool but not $20 for adults and $10 for children Cool. I think the price for the amount of things shown is a bit over priced. I think $10 for everyone would be more appropriate. It's not that large of a facility to charge adults $20 when this is more Child driven. Would I return? Definitely not. Not for that price.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach is a cool museum and place to check out and has a unique atmosphere that is different from other Ripley's locations. I really like strange and unusual stuff and they have plenty available here. They get new exhibits in so it is worth coming back. It is a good value for all that you get and worth doing if you are in the area.

It was a Wednesday night sooo we later realized we didn't need the RIP access but of course they don't tell you that when you buy the tix . There was no line and the private seating area was a bit lame so we didn't even sit in there. I don't really recommend the "get buzzed" tour unless you want a tattoo ? Kind of a weird combo . Anyways , you can order a burger on your own independent of this ticket and not pay $100+ for it . Do general admission or RIP access. The haunted attraction itself was pretty good . We had a fun time walking thru it . Took us maybe 10-12 minutes to walk thru . There was a good bit of scare actors and the haunt did not heavily rely on animatronics. My favorite was the possum mask one of the actors was wearing lol . I definitely think this makes for a fun date night or night out with friends .

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the house's presence. Parking was easy, and as I made my way up the grand, curved staircase to the front porch, it felt like stepping into another era. Inside, the early 1900s charm is undeniable--from the intricate woodwork to the elegant staircase in the main hall, the house radiates a sense of timeless beauty. The current owners have clearly put a lot of heart into restoring the home's hidden details. They pointed out the original recessed pocket doors, which had been concealed for years, now uncovered and brought back to their former glory. It's clear they have a deep appreciation for the house's history and are dedicated to preserving it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, eager to share stories about the home's past and its more mysterious side. After a fascinating tour, we were free to explore on our own, soaking in the atmosphere and, for the more adventurous, keeping an eye out for any ghostly activity. As night settled in, the energy in the house shifted. The event was well-organized, with paranormal investigation equipment available for those who needed it, though many attendees brought their own. The intimate setting allowed for great conversations--not just with other guests but also with the guest speakers, some of whom you might recognize from TV. The small-group format made the experience feel personal and immersive, turning casual acquaintances into fast friends by the end of the night. The hosts had arranged for some pizza from a local spot, along with coffee and other refreshments, which was a nice touch. While this was one of their earlier events, the Holliday House seems destined to become a sought-after venue for both paranormal enthusiasts and history lovers alike. Beyond ghost hunts, the house is available for private rentals--whether for a few hours or a multi-day gathering. There's even the possibility of overnight stays, though full B&B accommodations aren't quite in place yet. If you're interested in booking, it's best to chat with the owners directly, as they seem willing to accommodate special requests when possible. Whether you're drawn by the paranormal, the charm of Victorian architecture, or simply the chance to experience a piece of history, the Holliday House offers something truly unique. I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for this incredible place.
