This place was delicious and they have specials that get switched out! I don't normally drink coffee but I would definitely come here often. I've only got the mochas so far and they were both quite aromatic with a slightly creamy feel to it. Some places have their mochas a little watery so this was nice. I also got their almond croissant...which I should have taken the warm offer; would've made it tastier. Will have to try their bagels and paninis next time. Overall- Service was quick and kind. Mochas were tasty. Pastry, so far so good. Definitely recommend trying.

Such a lovely coffee spot. My boss took me here last week before our first meeting and I could not have chosen a better place. It's busy in the mornings (which makes sense) yet cozy and homey. The service was good and the selection of patties were great. I ordered an iced mocha with soy milk and it was tasty I love trying new coffee spots so I may not be back for a little bit but I will come back for sure!

A nice coffee house to visit :) Let's just say the place was super busy for a Thursday morning. I was surprised, but pleased! Service was fast. I was drawn to this coffee house because of their pumpkin menu. It was impressive! Fall is my favorite season for seasonal drinks and they did not disappoint. I ordered a Pumpkin Churro: Pumpkin Aztec Mexican Mocha w/ pumpkin whip and it was SO GOOD.

Went on a weekday after pilates and it was packed! They have quite a few options for coffee. Tried their Mexican coffee; don't remember the exact name of it. I would like it just a little less sweet but it was good. They also have few pastries. Service was fast as well. Would try the place again. I know they were busy and only thing I would mentioned it wiping down the tables on the side by the windows. Where we sat, the table had crumbs and I just wiped it down. No big deal but fyi.

Came here while passing through Ripon after seeing it had high reviews. I can say I was impressed- the customer service was excellent, taking orders ahead of the register to speed up the process. They had a lot of options for addons on the cold brew, which surprised me! That's rare to be the case. The latte was different from other coffee places, with unique flavors I hadn't seen before. And the price was unbeatable, just $3 for the cold brew. I would go again for sure!

From the moment my wife and I walked in this shop, we were impressed!! Definitely has THE BEST customer service that makes us feel unique. Friendly faces, even when it's packed and busy. They always remember our names and our orders. Even if it's been a long time since our last visit. Their coffee variety is unprecedented! Their kitchen prepares delicious hot food items as well. We have tried the others, and have never found a place that comes close to Ripon Coffee House!! We're loyal customers!!!!! read more

Amazing! It was my first time checking this place out and I had called ahead to place my order. I asked the girl on the phone for her recommendation and she was so sweet and patient with all my questions and order changes. When I went in to pick up my order the place was packed! I wouldn't have ever known when I called in to order how busy they were and I'm so thankful/shocked that I received such great customer service and wasn't just rushed off the phone. Definitely coming back here all the time now. Super cute shop/atmosphere. And the coffee/food was SO good too! read more

My boyfriend and I come here at least twice a week. They remember our names and greet us as soon as we walk in. Staff is very friendly and super quick! They all work together to provide awesome service. My favorite is dirty chai latte... boyfriends favorite is blended chocolate blast and turkey bagel. Yum!! Only thing I would suggest is looking into offering more vegan options.. perhaps a vegan pastry? read more

If you are a coffee lover, this isn't the place for you. The coffee taste like something I can make at home with my regular press. The menu is way to big, I've tried a few different drinks and they just taste the same with a different name. The inside could use a redecorating, there is no ambiance. The saving grace of this coffee shop is how nice the staff is, everyone's very welcoming. I don't come in expecting to be amazed, just for a caffeine fix. read more

Love this small town coffee shop! They have a fantastic menu with tons of choices. Their pastries and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Above all, their customer service is phenomenal. Amazing options, they have the usual coffee and tea drinks but to make honey rose latte is something I definitely appreciate. I love the food options as well but wasnt able to have any since I cant have gluten. Staff seemed a little busy but still got my drink within 3 minutes. Ripon Coffee House has to be my favorite local coffee shop. The drinks are absolutely wonderful and they have such a huge variety to choose from. My personal favorite has to be their caramel crunch which is a blended beverage and tastes AMAZING. Not only are their drinks so delicious, but so is the food! My personal favorite are their scones - especially the Maple Pecan Scone - it tastes sooo good and best part is, it's made fresh!! You can definitely taste the high quality and freshness in all their drinks and food. Now onto the environment - every time I go I receive such a warm welcome in a very warm and friendly environment. The employees are wonderful as well as the owners! They always have a smile on their face and welcome each individual as they walk in! This place is soooo good! Super clean, super friendly, reasonably priced. Customer service is honestly the best I've seen. The first time I was in there, Nini the owner came over and talked to me. She and her husband are the type of people you want to give business to. Their daughter who is so lovely was constantly bringing out a fresh batch of hot pastries etc. I love the atmosphere, saw them wear gloves while preparing a salad I ordered a few months ago, and I love that the manager follows his workers around to make sure that they are doing things correctly. They are being trained by the best!! I love this place- obviously! read more

Really nice coffee shop where the coffee is hot and fresh and food tastes delicious. I had a dirty chai with extra chai and my husband a Cubano coffee. We shared two paninis (caprese, game changer) and two baked goods (cinnamon crumble, and cinnamon walnut swirl). I loved the coffee and will be coming back regularly. The food was good, too. The baked items looked heavy but they were surprisingly light, fluffy and not overly sweet. We finished everything. The ambiance was nice, a chill spot to relax where we can sit at high table or a regular table. Service was friendly. read more

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and what really makes it special is that they actually remember my name and my usual order. I would come more often but since the owners aren't going to make masks mandatory or take their own advice to keep people safe I will NOT be coming here. How can you say people wear masks and keep a 6 ft distance when there shouldn't be ANY inside seating. It shows how little they care and only want to keep their business going while other businesses are smart by not doing this nonsense. Truly disappointed and how embarrassing to see this still happening. Do better and keep people safe! read more

Favorite coffee house in Ripon. Food is good, we like many of the sandwiches and coffee is good as well. The workers start recognizing you and greeting you fairly quickly and no-one lets you just stand around without saying "hello". It's always busy, try not to go during the school year when the high school kids are out for lunch! or order ahead. Tons of options. Also they are reasonably priced for everything. read more

Ripon Coffee House is absolutely the best. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. There are a variety of drinks on the menu and each can be served hot, iced, or blended. Very friendly personable service . Super efficient and quite the selection. They tend on the sweet side though so if you're more of a hardcore dark roast kinda person, it's maybe not the best for you. However if you like your flavored iced or blended drinks, this is topnotch. read more

The best coffee in Modesto…read more One of only two coffee roasters in Modesto City proper, Milone has been roasting superior coffee for almost 30 years (since the late 80's). It all began as Plantation Coffee Company, a roastery & full service cafe. They closed the cafe part of the business long ago, & today operate as wholesale distributors. Where can you sample some Milone coffee? Several local businesses carry them...Sabatino's, Michael's Pizza, Papapavlo's, Velvet Creamery, & Picasso's, just to name a few. I was particularly impressed to learn that the coffee I had at Sabatino's, which I loved, was just one end of a surprisingly broad & prolific spectrum. From Brazilian roast to Fogburner, there's a roast for every palate. And after sampling just 2 of their roasts, it was easy to surmise that any coffee lover will find a Milone roast that he or she loves. Not a business owner? No problem. You can come in & purchase beans by the pound. But remember that this isn't a full service cafe. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott during my most recent visit. Scott knows everything about coffee. He's basically a walking & talking coffee encyclopedia. He is also beyond personable. A gem. This is the best coffee in Modesto. 5 stars.
