They always have A++ recommendations and are so friendly. They also make their soft top in house and it's amazing!! The only food menu item I've tried so far has been the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were a little dry, but the gravy was super flavorful and it was a large portion for the price. I really want to try the churro waffle and the mini pancakes! My favorite baked good has been the red velvet macaron and the s'mores macaron decorated as adorable animals. Some local touches that makes this place special: a seating and toy area for littles, a build-your-own bouquet bar, and a super cute apparel stand with embroidered hats, sweaters and other accessories. Parking is easy, and there's cute shops in the area too plus the park across the street. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and placed an order for three iced coffees, which I stated clearly. When my order was delivered, two of the drinks were iced, while one was served hot. I calmly and politely mentioned that all three were supposed to be iced coffees. At that point, I overheard an employee respond in the background with an attitude, stating that I had ordered the drink hot. I fully understand that mistakes can happen--orders can be entered incorrectly, and errors are part of any service environment. However, my concern lies with the dismissive attitude and the decision to challenge the customer's request in front of them. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I will instead continue supporting my usual coffee shops.
