A cop pulled over the thieves and my purse was found along with many other stolen purses! Awful! I was called from an officer that my purse was found along with my wallet! They had to investigate it more, but told me they would call me later to get it. I ended up receiving a call from officer Mitchell investigating it and he told me they will be doing some more investigation, but will let me know and then, I'll be able to get my purse back! Thank you Lord! That day has arrived! =) I received an email that I could pick up my purse, passport and wallet in Modesto as long as I let the officer know I would be on my way soon. Two days later because I must be controlled. =( I called to let officer Balos know I was on the way yesterday and it is today! I arrived to pick it up ALONE so I could be me without control. I provided my ID to the officer and officer Mitchell came out to provide a little more information. Plus, there was a nice older lady that had the same happen to her except it happened while she was running. Her car broken into too. =/ The office is safe and clean and the officers are very nice! She set up a rug and chaise longe and had her friend show up and one left a beat up van with flat tire.. I had to call the cops twice. Savmart did NOTHING. The other day (7/7) there were 2 more homeless with carts. I spoke to one and he said the lady told the group of homeless by library in Manteca to come to Ripon. I've seen them under the bridge by Main Street and recycle center and 1 passed out along Colony road last week. Our police use to be better about taking them to shelters, but now they"re coming out everywhere and Police are not doing anything!

Well organized and fun to participate. Businesses provided water which made it nice. The only advice I would give is; if your a business participating in the event, dont shortcut the people supporting your event. When you register, they give you a 4 oz beer mug. The perfect size for visiting the multiple locations. A few of the businesses poured less that an ounce off beer and had cheap snacks. Please make an effort to fill most of the class and provide reasonable food. It reflects poorly on your business when you are one of the few businesses short changing the people supporting your event. Thank you

We were so disappointed while the food venders were way over booked there were repeat food. Having the same type venders did not give the public much choices and really did not give the food venders a chance to have an great experience. Sorry Ripon but not a festival we would go back to and I think that a lot of people feel the same way. The chamber of commerce contact I have reached out to during and after the festival has not taken any attempt to return my emails. It makes my family and I feel like they do not care just filled spots. Not a happy experience.

Fast forward to now, current staff was friendly and quick and gave me a printed receipt without any hesitation. Now, that's what I call good customer service!

Today was the next day and I got a notification at 4:37PM that the package was attempted to be delivered but the customer (me) Requested to be held at the post office. That is false. I never requested it to be held at the post office. I paid for the expedited service to be delivered to my house to prevent complications by not taking the medication. I rushed over to the post office and arrived there at 4:59 PM. The doors were already locked. There was no one else but me and the lady that was locking the door. I asked politely if I can pick up my package please. She said no we're closed. Come back tomorrow. And now I have to miss another day and I will rush there in the morning to go pick up my package. If I make it through the night without having a stroke. I would give it a zero review cause they don't even deserve one star. There should be violations for this type of work ethic. The post office is a customer driven business without human beings the post office wouldn't exist. It's not only about customer service. It's about being human and understanding what it means to take care of people's mailing needs. Seems like nobody cares about customers needs at this post office. The Mail delivery person didn't care and the person inside behind the counter obviously does not care. I know there's nothing I can do but writing this review hopefully wakes somebody up.

However I was quite ashamed as I had been to many business mixers before, and disappointed in the people's professionalism tonight. There were two new members to the Commerce tonight, and no one but myself clapped as these companies came forward when announced. Then me and my colleague talked to a group of proffesionals and during our discussion, not even a minute later, two of them pulled out there cell phones and started texting or something. Thank you people from Hertz, it was so kind of you. Then a pest control company we started to talk to when he was talking with another professional lady, and we asked him about his business and then he said he wasn't taking on new business, but proceeded to hand out his business info to this other woman. REALLY! This was the point in which time we left.
