The quality of care, quiet comfort at reception (they use Feliway to help keep patients calm), and little toys they send in the mail make this the only place we'll take our furry friend.

They also have a cattery facility upstairs if you have to leave your cat overnight for any reason, and though they take them if you're going away for a weekend as well, I prefer a larger place so they can walk around. Really important info that can save $$$ on vet bills long term. Our vet wasn't the snuggliest person on earth - she was somewhat matter-of-fact - but was very thorough, gentle and otherwise pleasant. Our kitten had a series of vaccinations that day and, due to the steady hand and calm nature of the vet, she got through it without protest. Can't complain. The front desk staff, as previously mentioned, are incredibly nice and obviously love animals, which creates a very friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door. Overall, highly recommended for routine checkups, vaccinations, advice and good-quality pet supplies.

The reception staff are so super friendly and are happy to answer any questions new anxious fur-parents may have about their fur-child. The vets are really lovely and were so gentle with my little baby. Dr Ross, who we saw on the second visit for Willis' final vaccinations was particularly awesome. He gave us great advice as new fur-parents and was really reassuring and calming. Willis didn't even yelp, cry or bark once and he got a needle and a nasal vaccination! Amazing. This vet also offers a free, yes FREE, puppy school on Wednesday evenings. We haven't been yet as it was closed over the xmas period, but will be taking Willis next week when it starts up again! You have to be careful to not miss it though because it is an old house with a sign out the front. The reception staff and nurses are very friendly and personable. They absolutely love their job and it shows. I've only met one of the vets but I'm sure both are friendly and know their job well. They also sell lots of good products like dry food, wet food, treats for your pets, toys, leads, collars and pet beds! It's like a mini emporium in there. I recently saw Alice who I am so grateful to because she diagnosed the funny lump on my dog as being cancerous and was able to book her in for surgery the next day to remove it.
