Honestly I really wish I could've gone somewhere else, but I'd already paid a deposit on their work not knowing that Ecoflow just contracted about any old Electrician, I guess.. I made an appointment last week for a service call today. I spoke to Dustin and explained why I…read moreneeded their help. He was very good at explaining what is included in the service call and gave me a ballpark price for what I needed done. I received a phone call this morning saying our technician was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Walker arrived right on time and addressed the issues we had. Our first issue was that the outlets in the garage sometimes trip for no reason. The service call charge is $84 and that gets applied to the bill in terms of covering your first issue. We had an outlet replaced and that should take care of the tripping problem. Our second issue was a request to add an outdoor outlet in the front of the house. I can't believe when the house was built they never thought to install one. We have 2 indoor outlets right on the other side of the brick and windows. Walker was very professional and knowledgeable and added the outlet outside and it has a protective box around it so moisture won't get into the electrical outlet. Walker did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Selectric Services for any electrical work you may need.
