How cool is that!!! I called and explained how I know him and asked that he and his supervisor work on my electrical problem. The guys where on time in their really cool truck that I was really proud to have in front of my house. They were professional, curtious, clean, friendly and they fixed my problem that did not require extensive work or price. Fast forward to today (over a week later), we still haven't heard from them. My husband has called a few more times the last week and not a blip from them. I texted the owner's number last night and told him my hesitation in posting this negative review due to their extreme lack of communications. Still no response. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I'm also one who leaves reviews based on our experience (negative or positive). I don't recommend them and are now on the lookout for another reputable electrician.
