I agreed to that even though no evaluation fee was disclosed before I sent it in. When I asked to have it returned un-repaired, she suddenly wanted to add a $150 fee to re-assemble it which I refused(I think they wanted to keep it for spare parts). She finally invoiced me $300 and added another $20 to box it for shipping which I covered. Then I received it with 2 push-buttons missing and the main control board flopping around unsecured. Used Q1E twice before with no problems, but of coarse, handling problem repairs is what separates good vendors from scammers, which is the impression I got. I would not recommend using Q1E. Look for any other repair shop - I have 2 others that I use that are excellent.
