Attention - this place is Under New Management as of Jan 2023…read more I ordered a backlit Tradeshow display (10' x 7.5') and a backlit Table Counter. Assuming I got everything and headed out to Vegas to get set up. The banner fabric did not wrap around the frame as it was suppose to, leaving the sides exposed and the LED lights that were placed behind it. I was sold a table counter as well, that was suppose to be lit, but it didnt come with LED lights when I unpacked the counter. To me, customer service is important to me, and I hope it is to you. I have contacted the new owner, Meni, MANY times during and after the tradeshow and only got a few responses that he is "working on it". After several emails going unanswered and a few weeks later... I decided to write this and going to take my business elsewhere. Basically I paid almost $3750 (includes tax) for something I can't use again because its incomplete. Guess how much the Table Counter cost in the invoice, $585 dollars. That is $585 dollars for two pieces of plywood, a plastic popup frame and fabric that went around it. No LED backlits. Yeah, got ripped off of $585. If you're looking for customer service, honestly, you're taking a risk with this new management. skip it this location. I've been doing business with FastSigns for decades and since they are independently owned, each place is ran different. This is probably the worst you can get. My advice, if you like FastSigns, just go down the road to Sherman Oaks or Studio City, they seem to answer me quickly on simple questions. As I am writing this - the owner still uses a gmail account and not a "Fastsigns" email. That tells you something. Watch, I'll probably get an email from him once I post this to take this down and he'll fix the issue. Sorry pal, I also pay for customer service, and you don't provide it.

I reached out on Yelp because this business came up when searching for photo printing services but was very disappointed with the quality. This business doesn't seem to have experience with printing regular photos in standard photo sizes, and I wish they just refused to take my order instead of wasting my time & money. For context, I was shown proofs before printing and several of the photos were distorted to fit the dimensions of the print. When I asked if they could just crop it to avoid the distortion, they seemed to struggle to figure out how to do that. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, and I ended up with only 4 or 5 prints because they did not know how to fix the issue. Granted the prints came out well, but I probably spent double or triple the price for what I would've gotten at a FedEx without the convenience or speed. I honestly should've just walked away but didn't want to walk out empty handed for the time I spent waiting. Now I regret paying full price for subpar service and a disappointingly incomplete order.
