Serves me right for not looking at Yelp before I dropped of my vehicle. Tony is probably the most unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. Similar to the other reviews, he initially quoted me a great price and assured me he could get the dent fixed in a day. Then he promptly called me asking for more money, which we agreed to. Then he kept moving the end-date for the job further and even when he finally finished his work, it was so shoddy that I had to pay a professional body shop to redo the work, which they did perfectly well at the same price that I already paid Tony. Save yourself the headache and paying double to this guy - avoid him at all costs. Also, he is blatantly racist. I had to take my car to a real professional shop to get Tony's work looked at. The shop told me his work was mediocre, unprofessional and the car was unsafe to drive. Tony forced a part of my car bumper to fit when it clearly did not. His work was sloppy and he had my car sitting in front of his house for three months- the work didn't match. I highly suggest taking your money somewhere else. He bought cheap parts in order to pocket the money. He took advantage of me, and it cost me more money to fix what he couldn't. BEWARE. Talks the talk and the work does not match. Additionally, since my car got broken into TWICE in front of his house while it was raining (which he assured was safe) the radio system absorbed the rain and is not functional. So disappointing, not trustworthy or reliable. Take your car somewhere else!!!!!! It'll cost you twice as much to repair what he swore he could "fix." read more

I saw that they had a 5 star review on yelp which was why I brought my car here. I was initially quoted $125 for a COMPLETE detail which includes all the bells and whistles. When I got there he said it would be $145 which includes their tip. It was odd that he included his own tip into the price, but I agreed. He said it would take 2 1/2 hours. I came 4 hours later and it still was not done. When I started to inspect the work, I noticed the interior was not cleaned. There was still gum wrappers and crumbs in the door compartments and cup holders. He said the interior was done, so clearly he lacks attention to detail. The main reason I needed the detail was for the exterior to be waxed. I have worked in the auto business before and I can confidently say it was not waxed professionally. They work underground in a parking structure. Lighting was a huge problem, which was probably why they could not properly execute the job. At the end of everything, I paid $145 for a detail that looked like a regular $30 car wash. If you are looking for quality work, I would not recommend this place. read more

I met Tony from Rise and Shine Car Wash today while parking over on the west side in the parking structure of one of my clients. Since I knew I was going to be a little while in a meeting I opted to let the fellas do their thing and wash my car and man am I glad I let them. They did an incredible job and they're really nice guys. Their service cost the same as some of the car washes in my neighborhood and the level of service far surpassed what you'd get from a normal car wash. For example ,normally when you bring your car to one of those big automatic machine places you really don't get the interior of the car vacuumed very well. It's usually pretty decent but never perfect. Rise and Shine vacuumed my car as if it was one of their own. I cant recommend their service enough. Nice guys , real attention to detail. Tony detailed my girlfriend's car last weekend and did a great job, for a great price. He was able to get it looking like new inside, even with the years of no-vacuum abuse and millions of dog hairs. It might be a little confusing to find at first, because they are literally inside the EA Sports parking garage, but if you give them a call, they will come out to the front and take the car in for you so you don't have to pay for EA's parking. Tony is a con artist. Hate to be so negative, but Tony is not only a liar and a scam, but a translucent person. He charged me over $2000 for a paint job that is absolutely atrocious. this job was done back at the beginning of February. Initially, he continued to call me non-stop prior to his services, was very pushy, and told me everything I wanted to hear, that he would fix up my car, repaint the entire vehicle, use a clear coat, use polyurethane, use a sealer, etc., and stated the job would be done in about 3 days, much quicker than the other guys, like Maaco, or other professionals where I regret not sending my business to. After 9 days, he finally finished my car, and warned me that the job was only half done. Initially, I thought the job looked alright. And with this knowledge that he was going to fix it, that it would look better later on. He told me that he would coordinate in two weeks to plan on me bringing the car back to finish the job. 3 weeks went by, after contacting him like crazy. Finally, got an answer. took my car into him again, said that I would have to pay $200 for additional work on a 'clear coat' for my front lights. Again, took another few days, and I also noticed that my tank of gas was half gone, as I am more than sure he drove my damn car around the 4 days that he held onto my car. I got the car back, and he said he would be able to finish it up in 2 weeks again. That was back in March. It's May 11th now. I'm going to contact someone who can legally get my money back. Car looks horrible, I will update with pictures. Afraid that this guy will continue to scam people, and be aware that he has changed his business name, so AVOID this guy at all costs, because he is in it to take your money, and nothing less. read more

This place is near impossible to find. It's in a parking garage with absolutely no signs. Every time I've tried to come to this car wash (always well before 6pm) they have either left for the day or are not taking anymore cars. read more

I've never gotten my car detailed before so I don't have a huge frame of reference, but Tony hooked me up with a good price. My car was a complete mess-mud tracked everywhere, coffee stains, etc. While he wasn't able to get the old stains out, and some of the mud looked like it had set, he pressure washed my tires so that the interior mud buildup dissolved away, and gave the car a nice hand wash for free. He worked for 2.5 hours on it (for a price that Yelp quotes as 1 hour), shampooing the carpets, etc. etc. So while I don't have a frame of reference, he threw in some extras for me, the interior's pretty clean and he seemed to do everything he could for my beat up old Focus. It takes a good guy to actually care about detailing such a shitty car, and Tony seemed like he cared. read more

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. My car had a lot of swirl and hard spots. It drove me crazy! After this guys my car looks great like a new. I hadn't gotten a car wash on my new car since I had bought it and had recently driven it across the country to move to Los Angeles. I honestly wasn't sure where to take it to get all the gross stuff off the car (because it was really nasty). Tony was really helpful and did an awesome job on my car. I feel a lot better about driving it around! He's also really nice, helpful and understanding. He treats you respectfully and goes out of his way to make things easier for you. **UNPROFESSIONAL** We scheduled Tony to provide on-site washes for our company on a weekly basis for two months. For his first scheduled wash service with us he arrived on-site & collected keys. He then proceeded to come back inside and mention to an employee that he'd forgotten two buckets that he needed. Tony then sat everyone's keys down and left - without washing ANY vehicles as scheduled. No communication happened with Tony the rest of the day until I reached out later that afternoon. Left a voicemail, I received a text back. I then asked him as to why he'd left without explanation and he has yet to reply. Based on our experience, Rise & Shine is unreliable and completely unprofessional to say the least. read more

I had taken my car to several detailers to get a build up of hard water spots off . These detailers either tried and failed at restoring my car or, told me it was not possible. I was told I would need a new paint job. Rise and Shine made my car look brand new- no paint job needed. They are AMAZING!!! Went recommended by a family member to fix a dent on my 2016 tahoe. Tony stated he did body work and would take care of me. I took my car there for a weekend and when i got it back i was dissapointed in the job. The color didn match the paint was dull there was still swirls marks all bad. He stated that he would do it over in a week. I paid him the full price for a job that was suppose to be well done and I got anything but that. I took it to a body shop and they charged me more to fix the damage that tony did to my vehicle. Asked tony that it was only fair that he refund me atleast half the money. But he kept giving the run around about doing it over. Couldnt wait another week. Text him back about the money but havent heard back from him. I paid tony for a bad job that i have to pay double to fix. Do not go to him for body work. If he was a man of his word like he says he would refund me some money. But i guess i wont get any money back since he doesnt respond to my texts. Beware! Its been six months sincr I texted tony about a refund and have not heard back go figure. i will take legal action to get my money back since he does not respond. read more
