I decided to try them again And wowwww! I was blown away how poorly I was treated by staff. I filled up my cart with what I needed and then waited for a young man cleaning his conveyor. As I approached, the cashier was talking to a man that was working the customer service counter, both employees looked at me then went back to what they were doing. No greeting at all. I guess you have to be a customer conscious employee. Horrible service no attention to detail and I will give my money to one of the three other grocers in this town. I blame your leadership for this, I said it four months ago but you really blew it. Oh yeah, they helped me so I left my cart where it was and went home. From the beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and creative. We had a pretty ambitious idea--a 3D cake shaped like a Blanton's Bourbon bottle--and they were completely on board. The attention to detail was amazing. They even recreated the iconic horse topper, and the finished product looked so real the retiree actually thought it was an actual bottle at first. They also helped us select from a wide variety of cake flavors and cupcakes. The main cake was the retiree's favorite flavor, and we added an assortment of cupcakes so guests could try different options. Every single one was delicious--some of the best cupcakes I've ever had, and a lot of guests were asking where they came from. One of the biggest lifesavers: they delivered the cake to The Drover and made sure it was safely stored in a fridge for us. We were all tied up with work and couldn't get there in person, so that extra step meant a lot. If you're looking for a cake that's both a showstopper and genuinely delicious, I can't recommend Sugared Ledge enough. Their talent and service really made the event feel special.

At least pull the blinds so you can be presentable before customers see you. Wanting to know if we wanted a couple, half dozen or full when walking into the door. Not having a moment to seat small children. Donuts are.. well the glazed donuts do not offer much of a glaze and have more of a baked taste than a fried one. They're okay. Light and airy.
