Been here many times, first time with the new truck. I was worried that with the lift kit and wide set tires on my Bronco it couldn't go through the regular car wash and I would have to get a full manual detail. I pulled it and was happy to hear that the machine could take the dimensions of my ride. I had my doubts but sure enough all was good. afterwards I went inside, grabbed a free coffee,(ok free hot cocoa, its pretty good), and waited. Its a nice relaxing spot inside. If you wait outside its loud as hell as its next to the dryer at the end of the process. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a semi private drop box for tips outside. There is no guy with his handout, they just waive you over the car[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Once again, it was lookin sharp. I think I had written a review back in the day when it was called something else. We came here on a busy weekend morning and there were long lines of cars everywhere. The attendant only offered us two high priced car wash options, even though the menu board clearly advertised several daily specials at reasonable prices. We were told they don't honor those deals on busy days. Since we were boxed into the line, it took another fifteen minutes just to be able to leave the property. The entire experience felt very unethical and misleading, causing us to have a truly horrible experience. Based upon my own personal experience, I will not recommend this car wash to anyone. I found ultra sonic hand car wash on Google as I only let human hands touch my car, NOT machines/brushes/robots. The woman who greeted me as I drove up to the entrance was extremely kind as I explained it was my first time there. She explained all the types of interior and exterior washes to me. I ended up getting one with exterior wash and interior cleaning and vacuuming for $41 with tax, which was a great deal. I had to put my car in neutral as I drove through the exterior wash portion where real people were cleaning my vehicle. When this part was done about 5-6 mins later, I drove my car out front for the vacuuming and interior cleaning portion which took around 20-30 mins. While I was waiting, I got an air freshener from the inside of the car wash area which was $4.43. I get the long lasting one that you cut and put under the car seat. Overall, my car came out spotless! I had a wonderful experience here and I will absolutely be back! read more

AMAZING! I brought my car in after traveling from Massachusetts with a dog and it was seriously in need and overdue for a good inside and out cleaning after some long winter months. I love everything about this car wash. They really do wash your car by hand.. It looks like an old-fashioned car wash, but they gutted the machines and replace them with people. Once you're done getting your car washed, you drive around and the interior gets vacuumed and cleaned. It's not a quick service so you need to give yourself a half hour but it's worth it. read more

Since I work in the area I run my vehicle through a few times a week. Spent $55 they didn't even clean the trunk and broke off the lettering on the side of my car. Outside look okay other than the lettering. Going inside my car the rubber mats were still dirty. Sadly, the quality of this car wash has deteriorated badly since it changed to "hand wash". I'm sure it may do fine for a dusty car kept in a garage. But it really doesn't do a great job on a real world car that lives on the street and gets normally dirty. Based on my last three car washes I would put this on a par with the cheerleaders' car wash in the high school parking lot. read more

I average once a week wash and I came in early this week because of a big fresh bird poop on my grill .. they completely missed it with the so called "hand wash" they do now .. you think with six people in a moving tunnel they could clean your car .. but it's horrible .. they miss more than they clean .. the only person left that is still nice is Shayvahn..
