I got so full and drunk off the delicious sangria here, I could barely eat the food.
We came with a tour group as part of an optional dinner, so we had a preset menu. We had a lot of appetizers that were good such as crackers with different types of toppings, cheese, and more. I hate olives, but I even liked their olive and cracker appetizer. It wasn't very olive tasting to me, but as I said, I was drunk.
We also got salad and pasta. Both were pretty good.
The main course was a crossbred boar and pig. The little bit I had was good, but by that part of dinner, I was way too drunk and full to really enjoy that part.
The dessert liquor they offered was not tasty to me. It was too sweet with a very strong flavor.
If you don't come with a group, you'll probably have a hard time getting here. It's outside of Florence and in a remote-ish area, up a dark and windy road. read more
