If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought steel toed boots in his usual size, he wore…read morethem to work the next day and the one shoe was loose. For reference he works indoors so there is no dirt or grim on the shoe. They told him the 30 day return policy is void because he wore them. He wasn't asking for his money back, just to exchange for the next size down. He called customer service and they said if he goes home and cleans them, they will exchange them as a one-time courtesy. So now he's wasted his gas and time, not once, but twice. Next time we'll just order on Amazon. Not worth the hassle. Horrible customer service!!!

The shopping experience started out great...a young female employee was very nice and helpful. We all found quite a few things to purchase...until we noticed the older gray haired male employee with the brown patch on his face who was very obviously following us around. Every time I looked up, wherever we were, he was there, leaning on the racks, peering at us. He didn't follow any of the other customers around because he was so fixated on us. After a while, I told my family 'Everyone put your items down because our business isn't welcomed here because we're being watched.' My daughter in law responded' Clearly it's not'.' We put our items down and watched him watch us leave. Have always preferred supporting local businesses, but not this one ever again. We took our business dollars to Rally House where they appreciated our business. When we told about our experience at Fan Treasures, the encouraged us to leave you a review...and so here we are.

I am giving this business 2 stars. It's not that the staff isn't friendly. It's not that it's not…read morea convenient location. Because both are true. I visited this shop mid July for sizing for new uniforms. The new company I work for has an account here. My initial impression was great. The staff was helpful and helped me pick out everything I needed. I was informed that I would receive a phone call when my uniforms were ready for pick up.. I was reassured that I would have what I needed prior to my start date 2 weeks away. One week goes by. No call. Ok. I gave it a few more days. Call them a few days later. Apparently my uniform pants are a size they do not carry and they had to send out. Everything else I needed was carried in the store awaiting embroidery and patching. I was informed again. I would receive a call for pickup. After delaying orientation because I was still without a uniform after waiting 2 weeks, staff told me that the shirts would be ready later that day.. I had a family member arrive at the store at the designated time to pick up and was told 'please come back in 2 hours'. My family member told me she had the impression that they weren't told about this at all. 2 hours later.... Shirts were completed. Still outstanding pants, fleece and winter jacket. So... Here I am today... Order is still incomplete. I was given shirts and a belt. I have called weekly for updates and given the excuses 'ups hasn't arrived yet' 'ups sent it to the wrong place..' Here is my advice... If your company has an account here and this is the only place you may get your uniforms, get fitted ASAP. As u can see from above I have been waiting 1 1/2 months and don't see an end in sight.
