During my stay the AC unit went out. I contacted her directly, and she set up a repair service to come out. The problem began when she wanted ME to spend my vacation waiting in a deathly hot condo waiting for the repair people during their 4-6hr window. When I suggested that maybe she wait for them, since after all, she was making the commission off my rental... and I was on vacation, she hung up on me. In addition, he and his team take weeks to complete a single survey as they have multiple excuses as to why each day it couldn't be completed or only partially completed. He assured and stated he could have a survey completed in a timely fashion; but his actions were the complete opposite and I missed deadlines due to his absence and weeks of waiting for his team to finish a simple residential survey.
