These folks are so nice. They accommodated me as a walk in during a dark rainy evening. They had one server for the whole evening and he had several tables...one was a 12 top. Also, the Americans that found their way here were obnoxious. They acted like talking louder makes English more understandable - I didn't like being seated so close to them...Anyway our server who was about 80 years old was polite, and handled the pressure and rude Americans with kindness.
The food portion was large. It was served on a platter. There was no way I could eat 2 pounds of pasta. It tasted good but it wasn't memorable unfortunately. I ordered the pasta with mushrooms. The mushrooms were definitely cooked perfectly and the noodles were perfectly al dente. I would say go ahead and try this restaurant. The taste may have not been spectacular to me but I would say it's serviceable and others may really enjoy this.
The ambiance is so cute. It's the quintessential Italian dinner restaurant. It's smallish, with fresos on the walls - and they were interesting, nice lighting as well. Give it a try, you may like it. read more
