While I have had mostly positive experiences with the doctors at this practice, I cannot say the same for the office staff. Their staff told me they would file a claim with my insurance company on my behalf. Several months into treatment, I still had heard no update as to whether the claim had been approved or not, so I called my insurance company to find out, and they told me the claim had been denied because G&G failed to indicate that this was a continuation of treatment, and not a new Invisalign treatment. When I reached out to G&G for an explanation, and to find out what my options are, they started pointing fingers at the insurance company and my previous dental provider. I have been emailing with them for months now to try and get this issue resolved, and have gotten nowhere. Most recently, I asked them to send me a copy of the claim form they submitted so I can figure out where they made a mistake, correct it, and resubmit it, but they have yet to respond, and I'm not holding my breath for a positive outcome. This is unfortunate because the doctors here genuinely seem to care about their patients, and know what they're doing, but their quality of care is undermined by their administrative team's brazen inefficiency and incompetence. Overall, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

When I had minor issues with my top teeth the chipped part of my front tooth, Dr. Brady did not hesitate to correct it for me. While Dr. Gilmor appears to be competent, he is slick and when you visit him, he will tell you that you need multiple procedures that apparently your last dentist (mine was excellent but had retired) had somehow missed. Both he and his hygentist will also insist that those procedures need to be done immediately and you will need multiple follow ups. This is the sort of "medical professional" who gives the rest of us a bad name. Stay away.

Dr. Tom Meyer has been my dentist for many many years and his father before that. This is the…read moredental practice where you can go in, get your teeth cleaned or a cavity filled and actually fall asleep in the dental chair. I know because I've done it. They are that gentle. Dr. Tom seems to have the latest dental technology that can really help catch cavities early. He has a new x-ray machine that makes x-rays a lot more comfortable than those old bite wings. Another technology he has used that really benefited me was the ability to avoid using a crown in certain situations. A few years ago, I had a cavity in a tooth right next to where I previously had a silver filling from long ago. He really needed to drill a lot to get the filling out and to repair that new cavity. This is the type of thing that normally he would need to use a crown. However Dr. Tom explained to me that he had a machine where he could essentially make a 3d puzzle piece for the hole and put it in if I had a little extra time. We could do it in one visit instead of two and it was actually less expensive than a traditional crown. I agreed and have had no issues with his solution. I went in yesterday for a cavity repair and received exactly the same treatment as in the past. I didn't even feel the needle with the numbing medicine. They use a topical to make you comfortable. The staff also make sure to tell you what to expect before they do it. Everyone is friendly and genuinely interested in you and your dental health. They are located near Wolf Circle and very close to a bus and train station. There is ample street and lot parking near the office.
