We recently needed help selling our son's home in Corpus Christi, TX and Mario agreed to help. He brought a well-defined marketing strategy, deep market analysis, and a profound level of expertise to bear and produced a full-price offer within 24 hours. We were prepared for a couple month, or longer, campaign and some lowball offers. A neighbor has transitioned from trying to sell for the last several months to converting the property to rental income. Mario's highly polished photography and description of the property's features and attributes in the listing description were exciting.
