On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision. ( we are very clean people three of those zevos have been there for 5 days, one I just changed yesterday.)

Having everything at the touch of our fingers has made so many entitled. I would like to remind the 1 and 2 star reviewers that the lines here are probably long because the proof is in the pudding. There's a bunch of people in line for this tight knit credit union and they're all waiting just like you are. If you take your money elsewhere so be it. But eventually you'll run out of options if the next place doesn't immediately gratify you as soon as you unrealistically expect them to. Take something with you to keep you busy if you know the lines will be long--it's simple, no need to be an adult child about it. I'd imagine most of the people complaining are not business owners, just consumers who don't understand how much it takes to make anything run smoothly. Popi works with me outside of my work hours so I don't have to disrupt my work schedule for this home-buying (time consuming) process. I also realize that it's outside of her work hours so it means a lot. There's never a question that she does not know (or is not willing to find out) and I always get an immediate response. She'll talk numbers but she'll also check up on you to see if you got the house you wanted. She goes far beyond any Originator would! Before I decide if I want to make an offer, I give her the purchase price and she tells me my estimated payments within a matter of hours - even if its late.
